Excellent experience, from the moment we entered the door. We were super well received by Kaito and Yuka. They were extremely friendly, accompanying us in all the processes from flour and water, to chewing the pasta and making the ramen. They also shared with us some Japanese traditions and stories that further enriched the experience. Finally, we were able to prove the fruit of our work and the result was phenomenal. Thank you for everything! We will definitely recommend!
