Nuestro guía local le presentará el papel de Turín en la identidad italiana y su patrimonio culinario formado por 800 años de gobierno de Saboya. El tour comienza en un café histórico donde disfrutarás de Bicerin, una bebida de chocolate tradicional que aún se ama en los cafés del siglo XIX. A medida que visite los principales lugares de interés, descubrirá la historia de la ciudad. A continuación, pasarás a un lugar acogedor, donde tendrás una lección sobre chocolate fino, con exquisito chocolate negro hecho de solo el 10% del mejor cacao del mundo, todo 100% orgánico y "grano a barra". Luego probarás chocolates tradicionales como Gianduiotto y Cremino. Gianduiotto, hecho de avellanas finamente molidas y chocolate, tiene una rica historia que se remonta al siglo XIX, cuando el cacao era escaso. Luego, disfrutará de una cata de vinos con dos icónicos vinos piamonteses, maridados con un plato de carne y queso orgánicos. Piazza Vittorio Veneto es una plaza grande e histórica en el centro de Turín, rodeada de edificios barrocos, cafeterías y restaurantes. Está dominado por la Iglesia de la Gran Madre di Dio y ofrece un ambiente vibrante y animado, especialmente por la noche.

We had our tasting with fabio. He was kind, open for questions and interessted in tailoring the tasting to us. Do inform him if you are vegitarie, so he can replace the meat with something fitting. He even suggested restaurants and spots to visit. 10/10

Loved the side trip to the very old pharmacy. Guide was terrific and I found the whole experience to be great. Both the wines and the chocolate were unexpected, and very exciting.

Nice relaxing walk through the plaza, followed by the chocolate and wine tasting. The guide was very knowledgeable and super pleasant about n his presentation. Definitely worth the price, both in $ and in time. And the white wine that was presented was really remarkable.

We had an amazing time with Fabio, our incredible guide! He’s studied at the Slow Food University, and knew all the finer points about chocolate tasting, wine tasting, and food pairings. We took this tour early on in our trip, and I am so glad we did! Not only did Fabio give us a wonderful tour, he also supplied us with fabulous restaurant recommendations. We tasted a nice selection of chocolate with my 11 yo son. We both were pleased. Extremely kind and professional host, who was at the same time friendly and funny. His selection was very good, especially the last part with the chocolates all over the world (which honestly I came for). My little one, in contrary, liked the Turin's selection more. Anyway, each one of us found his perfect bite over there. Thank you for the lovely experience!
