Somos conocidos por operar las mejores experiencias de snorkel todo incluido en la isla de Cozumel, incluyendo el famoso 'El Cielo' y 'El Santuario de la Tortuga'. Nuestro objetivo es visitar 3 o 4 destinos diferentes durante el recorrido para darle una muestra de lo que nuestra hermosa isla tiene para ofrecer. Ofrecemos todo lo necesario para disfrutar del tour con nosotros, incluyendo bocadillos mexicanos recién preparados y bebidas heladas. ¡Aparece y nosotros nos encargamos del resto! Llega al menos 30 minutos antes de tu hora de salida. Todos los horarios mostrados son para la zona horaria local de Cozumel, que puede diferir de la zona horaria de su crucero. Compruebe antes de reservar. Si llega tarde, asumiremos que no ha asistido, y nos reservamos el derecho de continuar el recorrido a la hora programada en su ausencia. Desafortunadamente, si llegas tarde o pierdes el tiempo de reserva asignado, es muy poco probable que podamos reasignarte a ti o a tu grupo a otro espacio.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
No apto para bebés o mascotas Podemos hacer la recogida en ciertos muelles de los hoteles (ver la lista). Solo tiene que pagar los impuestos del muelle directamente a su hotel. Nuestra salida es a las 9:30 AM o 2:00 PM del centro. Las recolecciones de cualquier hotel serán después de estos tiempos - en cualquier lugar entre 15 y 45 minutos, dependiendo de la distancia del hotel. Nota : Las ubicaciones que tenemos disponibles en los muelles del hotel son para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes de los hoteles antes mencionados. Nuestro principal punto de encuentro es en el centro de Cozumel, al lado sur de la terminal de ferry debajo del asta gigante (aproximadamente 2 minutos a pie). Uno de nuestros empleados estará allí, claramente marcado con nuestra ropa de marca y señalización, para darle la bienvenida. Para los clientes que lleguen en crucero desde las terminales S.S.A y Puerta Maya, por favor seleccione el hotel 'Cid la Ceiba' como su punto de salida, que está a pocos minutos a pie de la terminal Puerta Maya y la puerta de la terminal SSA. Solo pagará un impuesto de $4 USD por pasajero por el uso de este muelle y con gusto podemos recogerlo en barco. Nuestro personal te recibirá en la entrada del hotel La Ceiba para acompañarte al catamarán, y ayudarte con el pago del hotel.

We visited Cozumel on a cruise and booked the Turtle sanctuary and catamaran tour. I cannot speak to the originally planned tour because the port authority closed that side of the island the night before our tour due to high winds. That said, the Cozumel snorkel team sprung into action. They emailed me with the news that they would have to adjust our tour due to the closure, and they selected 4 new stops to take us to. Our meeting point was still unchanged and they were on time and we had no problems getting to the pick up point. The new snorkel spots were great, we saw a ton of fish, including barracudas, stingrays, pufferfish, and more (although sadly no turtles). The crew was amazing and the feel on board was lively and fun. There were plenty of drinks and fresh fruit to keep us going. We had an awesome time, even with the changes due to forces outside the crew’s control. I highly recommend Cozumel Snorkel Center for your snorkel day in Cozumel!

We had a great time we saw so much wildlife, including fish turtle stingrays and starfish. The captain Porkchop and our guy Leo were so funny made the oh God I can whole experience so great. We highly recommend.

Leo, our snorkeling tour guide, and Pork chop, the captain, were fantastic! Highly recommend this excursion/activity. All the spots we were taken to were beautiful, especially the last stop! So much fun. Book with them if you've never been snorkeling before. Saw all kinds of fish, turtles, starfish, stingrays and even a baby shark hiding in a reef.

We had a great time! We saw turtles, sharks, and stingrays. Just note that if you wear glasses their goggles don’t fit them so you’ll need to bring your own if so or wear contacts (which you really are not supposed to do in the water). It would be nice if your crew kept some larger snorkel goggles to accommodate for Glasses. Thank you though we had a great time!!

This is a great tour, we really enjoyed the day in the water! Saw many fish, rays and 1 turtle. Ceviche was wonderful! We even rescued another disabled boat! Crew was great and i appreciated the on board photographer who captured our trip! Excellent your! What you do need to know is bring your things in a dry bag, they will get wet and so will you on the boat.
