07:30 Salida hacia Chablis, Recojo de su hotel. Apodada la “Puerta Dorada de Borgoña”, el encantador pueblo de Chablis está a sólo 180 km de París (unas 2 horas).
10:15 - 11:30 Llegada a la zona de Chablis. Visita del dominio Jean-Marc Brocard rodeado de viñedos con visita a la cueva y degustación de 5 vinos con queso: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru y Chablis Grand Cru. El experimentado personal le dará todas las explicaciones sobre el proceso de elaboración del vino en Chablis y le señalará las diferencias entre Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru y Chablis Grand Cru.
11:30 - 12:30 Llegada al pueblo de Chablis. Degustación de vinos realizada por uno de los productores locales de Chablis con 5 a 9 vinos: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru y Chablis Grand Cru acompañada del plato de quesos locales.
Hora del almuerzo, exploración de la ciudad. Si los turistas tienen hambre temprano, también se puede organizar el almuerzo en Chablis Village.
15:00 - 16:30 Llegada al Chateau de Pommard, uno de los dominios más famosos de Borgoña, cerca de Beaune y rodeado de viñedos. Cata de vinos de una selección de 5 vinos de Château de Pommard y Famille Carabello-Baum "La Route des Grands Crus" con un sumiller profesional. Aprenderá cómo las uvas estrella de Borgoña, Pinot Noir y Chardonnay, se expresan en los pueblos y terruños de Borgoña. Aprenderá sobre: las 5 subregiones de Borgoña y sus especialidades, sobre la famosa ruta del vino La Route des Grands Crus, sobre cómo los factores naturales influyen en el sabor y sobre las clasificaciones de Borgoña.
16:30 Visita a uno de los hospitales medievales de Beaune - Hotel Dieu Beaune
17:15 Salida hacia París 312 km (autopista). Tarda entre 3,5 y 4 horas.

My husband and I really enjoyed the tour, especially our guide, Natalie. I always appreciate when a guide brings history to life, and she did exactly that by sharing engaging stories about the region, its wine, and the history of France. She was warm, knowledgeable, and full of interesting insights that felt really comfortable. Although we had visited wineries on our own before, this experience stood out as a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a complete, well-organized day from start to finish, all in great company.

The trip was planned really well, and our guide helped us enjoy every place we visited. I loved trying all the different wines-they were all special in their own way, from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru. We also had a nice lunch, and you should definitely taste the local cheese! Beaune was a really cute town. On the way back to Paris, it was nice and calm after such an exciting day.
I really enjoyed how the guide made the day special for us and shared lots of interesting stories about how the juice is made. My favorite part was visiting Beaune, it was super fun to taste different kinds of grape juice there, and I found a new kind I really like - Pinot Noir!
Very good tour for a novice to Burgundy. Our guide, Helen, spoke very good English and shared his understanding of both Burgundy, the wine, the labeling system (I must admit I was ignorant and hesitant to buy Burgundy wine, in part because of the labels), and the terroir. We stopped for a very nice lunch with good food and beautiful spot in Beaune
I loved this tour. The French countryside house is gorgeous, the houses we visited were so sweet and welcoming. We had a delicious cheese tasting in one of them! And that medieval city Bonn (hope I’m spelling it correctly). But the most valuable and appreciated part of the trip was getting to know our guide and driver. They were both very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it to anyone.
