A su llegada a Katakolo, encontrará nuestra oficina en el puerto de Katakolo en una ubicación muy conveniente. Nuestro conductor estará esperando afuera de la oficina con un letrero con su nombre. Traslado a nuestro vehículo privado y disfrute del viaje a la Antigua Olimpia. No dude en pedirle a nuestro conductor cualquier ayuda que necesite.
Una vez que llegue, podrá hacer un recorrido por las ruinas del sitio arqueológico y dejar que su alma se relaje en la naturaleza mística. Allí puede visitar el lugar donde se enciende la Llama Olímpica cada cuatro años para los Juegos Olímpicos modernos y descubrir el templo de Zeus, que alguna vez fue el hogar de una de las Siete Maravillas del mundo antiguo.
Explore el museo arqueológico para ver artefactos significativos del sitio.
Nuestro conductor lo recogerá y hará una parada en la moderna ciudad de Olimpia para que pueda dar un paseo si lo desea. Puedes encontrar pequeñas tiendas con souvenirs y productos locales. Puedes tomar un aperitivo o tomar un café griego.
Sugerimos una parada en la bodega, siempre acorde a sus deseos. Recorrido por los viñedos para conocer las diferentes variedades así como el cultivo de las mismas. El recorrido continúa en el área de producción y estandarización donde podrá tener la oportunidad de conocer una moderna Bodega Familiar que elabora productos de calidad superior y confiabilidad. Y finalmente cata de vinos. Degustación de cuatro vinos maridados con un snack.
También sugerimos una parada en la granja de miel. Su visita a nuestra finca le brindará la hospitalidad griega; un descanso fresco y refrescante del pueblo moderno de Olimpia y fuera de lo común en un jardín lleno de árboles frutales y vegetales. Deguste la variedad de dulces de cuchara y mermeladas elaborados con la fruta en la finca y conservados por las amas de casa como tradición milenaria; recetas que se han transmitido de madre a hija durante siglos. Completa tu visita con “diples”, un dulce tradicional con miel. La propia Sra. Roula los preparará ante vosotros mientras despliega la masa y los secretos de este delicioso postre. La miel y los productos de las abejas que han acompañado al hombre a lo largo de la historia han sido y son utilizados para la nutrición, la medicina y la cosmética. Descubre cómo la colmena produce jalea real, cera y veneno. También, cómo la abeja recolecta néctar, polen y propóleos.
Finalmente, nuestro conductor lo trasladará de regreso al puerto de Katakolo, siempre a tiempo y siempre con el mejor interés para servirle. El vehículo privado siempre estará cerca para facilitar su traslado.

We had a great private day tour of the area with Kostas (Constantine). He let us tailor the suggested itinerary to what we wanted to do, took us to some great spots off the beaten path, and provided a lot of fun facts on the history and geography of the region. Even during the trip he knew which hot spots were crowded at which times and was able to offer alternatives. Highly recommended compared to the overcrowded cruise ship tour excursions.
This was a great trip to see the Olympic ruins and visit a local bee farm and winery. We had enough time to walk the shops in town and visit the museum. The local bee farm was a nice experience and we learned so much about bee farms. The highlight of our tour was our driver George. He was so knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality! If you book this tour request George!

We had a great time on this tour! The archeogical site was rather crowded and it was super nice to have a private driver to navigate for us. The bee farm was lovely and the winery had spectacular views. Highly recommend this tour.
This was absolutely incredible, and our favorite thing we did on our two week honeymoon. Vicky was so friendly and helpful. The staff at the bee farm were so sweet, and the honey and spoon sweets were delicious! Our favorite part was the winery. Oh man, they were so hospitable there! They made us some Greek coffee because we mentioned we hadn’t had any yet. They brought us out a whole meal, all made from scratch, and oh my gosh, the pets! The cats and dogs were such a welcome surprise. But truly, we cannot stop talking about the food we had! It was a perfect sampler kind of meal. We ended up doing the museum before the ancient site, to beat some of the crowd. And I highly recommend doing that! The ancient site will be crowded all day, so go to the museum before people go there after the ancient site. Our only regret is that we felt like we didn’t have enough time for the museum and ancient site :(

Very informative tour. We used the ruin’s audio tour and learned a lot about the history of the games. Our driver Stavros was very personable and accommodating.

If you are looking for flexibility, this is the tour to book. Our driver, Andreas, was waiting for us when we arrived and provided great communication. He listened to our interests and accommodated the itinerary changes we wanted to make. We had a lovely stroll through the Olympia Botanical Gardens, enjoyed Klio's Honey Farm, and had a relaxing wine tasting and lunch at Drouva Winery. We couldn't have asked for a better day. The car was comfortable and in great condition. We highly recommend this company and Andreas as your driver.

George is an amazing driver and guide! Very knowledgeable about the entire area and very warm and personable! The excursion was even better than expected. Olympia is actually unforgettable but the bee farm was more than we expected and the honey is delicious. The local winery he took us too was just wonderful. George was brilliant. So knowledgeable and helpful. Made our visit easy and lots of fun. Took us to additional place as wine tasting was unavailable (not his fault) and it was a beautiful meal with much culture and with the locals of the village. George provided help to get into attractions and guidance with how to make best use of our time. The bee farm was a highlight. Kilo is so lovely and has a passion for her bees and her family. It was nice to be invited into her home and we learnt so much about bees that we had never heard before. The honey is delicious and so is her special family treat!! Great day of Olympia and a bee farm plus olive oil tasting. Vicky was a great driver and helped us with the bee farm and olive oil reservations. The bee farm was very interesting and we got to taste the honey. Same with the olive oil. First press just happened do we got to taste that special press! We were on our own time and not with a group. We could move at our own pace. Very easy to find right outside the port. Excellent communication with WhatsApp. Highly recommend.
