Excursión privada a la Alhambra y el Generalife

Initially Sharif was supposed to take us on the tour but an emergency came up and his colleague Ahmed came instead. He was amazing from start to finish. We learned so much on the tour and he was so patient with us especially having a toddler with us. We were able to tour alhamra and our breaths were taken away at the beautiful sight. I want to thank them for this amazing experience and let’s not forget sharif made reservations for a van to pick us up from Granada to Malaga. They are a one stop shop and can be trusted. Thank you Sharif and Ahmed for this wonderful experience:)

A mixed experience. Tarek, our guide, was absolutely fantastic, flexible to our needs (spending more time on the Nasrid Palaces, and talking about the ruined medina, generally focusing on history), His focus on the history of the buildings was fantastic, for example, he didn't get caught up in any stories of the catholic kings supposed 'moral righteousness' (as a few other tour guides I overheard were). The organisation was also great, met them just before the agreed time at the meeting point, and our tickets were ready for us. A great option if you didn't book far enough in advance. What was bad? The length of time, the experience is clearly advertised in multiple places as 3 hours, 3 hours of guided tour. However, Tarek had only been paid for 2.5 hours (2.5 excellent hours!), so left after that. When I contacted Qalahorra tours, they basically told me to suck it up, and that this is the way it is.

Sheriff is an exceptional Guide. The visit to the Alhambra would have been totally different had it not been for its impeccable quality as Guide and extensive detailed knowledge. I know his experience as a Tour Guide and as a Tour Leader, and also being a Great Pro, he is a better person and a fatigue partner as I have had few. We must return to Granada soon. It was amazing, better than I expected. Reality surpasses any photo or video you can see previously. Also with the hand of Guide Sherif, the experience was like time travel. It tells you the whole story and intertwined with stories that lead you to feel the wonder of that time. You understand everything, read the inscriptions and translate them... It was a great experience and super tour. The tour guide Mr Sharief added a lot to the excellence and history with his tremendous historical background and knowledge about every inch of the 3 palaces.
