Itinerario
Puedes nadar, si lo deseas, en este hermoso cenote sagrado de la Cultura Maya y sumergirte en sus aguas cristalinas y refrescantes. Los cenotes, también conocidos como "ojos de agua", fueron muy importantes para los mayas, desde el punto de vista ceremonial hasta la supervivencia.
Aquí tendrás un tour guiado por el centro ceremonial maya Chichén Itzá acompañado de uno de nuestros guías certificados, posteriormente tendrás tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad maya por tu cuenta.
El Templo de los Guerreros es una de las estructuras más impresionantes e importantes de Chichén Itzá. Puede ser el único edificio maya del periodo Clásico Tardío conocido lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar reuniones realmente grandes.
El llamado Caracol u Observatorio es una estructura construida en forma de torre circular de mayor tamaño asentada sobre una plataforma con una escalera central. La base se asienta sobre otra plataforma rectangular, decorada con una cornisa con esquinas redondeadas en la parte superior. El Caracol en realidad está construido con tres edificios superpuestos.
El Castillo o Pirámide de Kukulcán es una pirámide de cuatro lados, con un templo rectangular en la parte superior. El fenómeno de la luz y la sombra, digno testimonio del asombroso progreso de los mayas en la arquitectura y la astronomía es el fenómeno de la "luz y la sombra" que tiene lugar en la escalinata norte del Castillo durante el Equinoccio de Primavera donde se puede ver descender una serpiente por las escaleras, el sol arroja siete triángulos de luz sobre la balaustrada del lado noreste del Castillo. Estos comienzan a moverse hacia arriba y hacia abajo a lo largo de la balaustrada para formar la silueta de una serpiente que desciende.
Haremos una breve visita a la plaza principal del hermoso y pintoresco pueblo de Valladolid llamado Pueblo Mágico por conservar la arquitectura y tradiciones de los lugareños. *Si las autoridades sanitarias locales no permiten el descenso, se realizará una breve parada únicamente abordo del transporte.

El único punto de recogida es en Super Aki Tulum, independientemente de la opción de tour que elija.

Terrible! They cancelled my trip half day before the tour without any explanation and notification. I’ve booked the tour of Dec31 one month in advance. I asked the tour company what time to meet on Dec29 and they told me to wait until Dec 30. On Dec 30, like 1pm, i was relaxing on the beach on Isla Mujeres, i checked my email box and saw Tripadvisor’s email saying the tour was cancelled. So shocked! I contacted the company and got no response. Then i was picnic for whole day and looked for another company for Chichen Itza. They really ruined my relaxing day on Isla Mujeres. How come can they just cancel the tour not more than 24 hours before the trip and just refund with no reason and no compensation? They stated if customers cancel the trip within 24 hours before the tour, they will not refund. But they can cancel it anytime? They already confirmed the tour before. They should have compensation for cancellation. We have been waiting for the tour for Chichen Itza so much. Terrible tour operator!!

We had a great experience overall! Though it was long (about 13h from pickup to drop off, which we were prepared for) the tour guides Alfredo and Saul were friendly, very knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Would definitely recommend for the price.

Went to the cenote first, had an amazing swim, the water was amazing.. we had a guided tour at Chichén itza. The buffet at the maya market was delicious plus the Mayan shop had amazing things you could buy. All purchases go towards the Mayan kids education…. Had the best churros at Valladolid. Loved this tour

We just went back from the excursion today - a full 11 hours. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing and very personable. This hit all of the cultural attractions that our family loved to explore: The pyramid, the (huge) cenote, and the ancient church. And the price here is very affordable compared to other tours out there. Muchas Gracias!

The guide Rafa was excellent and very knowledgeable. Valadolid and the Mayan experience were very interesting. A buffet lunch was included, which was nice. Chitzen Itza was great but unfortunately we had a storm which went on for the rest of the day but didn't ruin the trip. Finally we ended up at Cenote caves. We didn't swim but it was a great experience. All in all a great day trip and brilliant value.

Guided tours and meals are great, but it's hot in summer, the air conditioning isn't great, the bus is crowded, and the smell of the bathroom comes back, and shopping takes a lot of time.

It was a long travel day but worth it. The cenote was beautiful and fun. The water was warm and there’s a fun jumping point. The Mayan city felt more like a shopping center but the buffet was delicious. And love Chichén Itzá. It gets very hot but there’s lots to see. Our guides, Rodrigo and Alfredo, were awesome and had lots of knowledge and facts to share. Some areas felt rushed but I get we’re trying to see a lot in one day. Bring extra money for life jackets, locker, souvenirs, and entrance fee to Itza. Would recommend.

Chichen Itza and the tour there were very interesting and recommended. Unfortunately, we were previously smuggled through two markets, which was absolutely unnecessary and took far too much time. Lunch was modest, but okay. I recommend choosing a shorter tour to Chichen Itza or clarify beforehand whether it is also a combined shopping trip. If crafts are already offered, the process of creation should also be visible. This would be interesting for the participants and would also ensure the authenticity of the products.
