We had such a fun experience on this duck tour. Only thing I can say that I observed was difficulty getting on and off the tour bus boat by people who had mobility impairments. This was not anyone with our immediate group, but was an observed thing I could see being a concern, as there are numerous steps that you have to climb up and back down.
Great experience with nice mix of land and see. I saw parts of Gacha can that I have never seen before. There’s so much more to see beyond Creek Street. Also getting a tour ofthe bay area was great to see wildlife as well as enjoy time on the water in an enclosed plexiglass frame that kept us out of the wind and rain/drizzle. I would highly recommend this for anyone, whether young or old, to at least try once as it was very enjoyable. The only bit of caution that I would have with this tour is that the amphibious vehicle does require you to climb a ladder of approximately 5 to 7 steps, which is not feasible for someone who is using any type of assistive device, such as a wheelchair, walker, etc. You also Must be able to back down the steps of the ladder to get off as well. Great excursion, we just happened to witness some people that were unable to do the tour secondary too mobility issues!
We had the best time! We saw Bald Eagles, watched planes land in the water, and got a great little tour of the town, and marina. Dont miss out on getting a duck whistle! Fan Freaking tastic!

Our second visit on the duck boats in ketchikan. Always a good time. Narrator Tracy from Florida and Captain / driver Miguel from Austin Texas we're both tremendous.
Awesome tour that gets you what you need to see on land and water. Sierra our guide was very funny, witty and informative. The time flew by and we had good time with this tour.
Captain Mike and Sierra were awesome. Sierra was very knowledgeable of the town and gave out fun facts and trivia. She was always open to questions and if there was something she couldn’t answer captain mike was there to fill in the gaps. There wasent questions they couldn’t answer. They did their best to point out the local wildlife and encouraged us to point it out in case they miss it. At the end of our tour there was a trivia quiz and if you pay attention captain mike might help out with a few of them. He just won’t say it out loud. I REALLY APPRECIATED that they sold the duck whistles at the end of the tour because I would have been annoyed with the quacks if I had to listen to it the entire tour. Definitely will book with them again

The duck tour, with Miguel as our driver and Olivia as our guide was lively, informative, and fun. The safety features were well-described right from the start. Olivia did a perfect job of providing useful and colorful stories regarding the history of Ketchikan. She prompted interesting questions, pointed out eagles and a whale sighting, and was perky and cheerful. I am especially happy to commend this team as a Professor of Educational Psychology. I know how communication can be conveyed for optimal learning, thus kudos to Olivia for earning an A+ on our trip. In addition, Miguel was also a skillful and respectful driver with impressive credentials. All told, a fantastic - well-beyond expectations - experience
