This tour guide deserves 10 stars! When our train was delayed, she went above and beyond by picking us up right at the station. It was an incredibly hot day, but she never lost her enthusiasm. She patiently shared wonderful information and gracefully waited while some of the ladies took endless photos. She made the whole experience stress-free and fun!
This tour was the reason I will only use Viator. A couple on the tour did not show up at the departure location. Our guide called them and found out they were having problems parking. She made a swift pivot and told the couple to head out of Avignon towards our first stop and then coordinated picking them up at a parking lot along the way (and dropped them back there at the end of the day). It was a thoughtful, creative solution that worked for everyone. These are the guides with which I want to tour. Cheers!
Interesting, informative tour. Tour guide was knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Van Gogh and the area. However, several of us were nervous about her aggressive driving, which continued even after she was asked to slow down.
Our half day Van Gogh tour with Anne was delightful. She is very knowledgeable about Van Gogh, Arles and St Remy where Van Gogh was hospitalized. Excellent tour and guide!
Ana, travel guide was awesome: knowledgeable about art, culture. History and Van Gogh. Highly recommend this tour.
Really enjoyed this tour. Anne was a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide. Each of the stops was memorable, especially the stop at Les Beaux. Highly recommended.
Natalie was a delight, everything went smoothly, what a wonderful way to spend half a day. Even a casual fan of Van Gogh will find this trip fascinating. The emotional effect of wandering St Paul de Mausole will stick with me. Beauty and sadness.
Our driver/guide, Natalie, was awesome! She was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I highly recommend this tour. Very interesting.
Kelsey, our tour guide, was amazing! She was knowledgeable and accommodating. The tour itself was interesting and informative.
You really get a great glimpse into Vincent’s life here and what happened to him. Standing where he painted starry night and envisioning that was incredible. Wonderful tour and Roman monuments and coliseum fascinating.
