The food was bad, the service on the boat was very good, the Beach club left something to be desired
We are a family with two children (6 and 4) and really enjoyed the trip! They took good care of us and we felt safe. The team on board was super nice and helpful.
Excellent service, very fun experience, they don't try to sell you anything! The guys on the catamaran were fantastic. Only downside, that the beach where they drop you off to swim is very crowded. Everything was fantastic!!!

We enjoyed the other excursions we booked during our trip, but for the cost, this trip was the most memorable. You will not regret booking. Valentine and Angel were wonderful at ensuring everybody was well accommodated for and gave us quite an experience. Picked us up from playa del carmen, offered juice and biscuits at the port; then we climbed aboard to a relaxing trip across the carribean to isla mujeres. We stopped along to snorkel and saw the hands under water before arriving at a beach club for an included lunch and dip in the pool. Afterward, they have you get back aboard and drop you at the city center where there are loads of souvenir shops and white sandy beaches. At 4 p.m., we load back on the catamaran to head back across the sea and the captain dropped anchor one last time for everyone to have a quick swim in the calm sea off shore. A remarkable day trip for the cost!! My only recommendation is to allow more time snorkeling. It felt chaotic for experienced snorkelers due to all of the inexperienced snorkelers.
After my second time with this agency for Isla Mujeres, I can affirm that this experience is truly great. Furthermore, the team is really helpful and attentive. Special mention for Valentin and Angel, who are wonderful and caring individuals. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to spend an exceptional day on this island. Thank you for everything!!🫶🫶
