Excursión al Lago Sapanca y Masukiye Desde Estambul

The tour was absolutely wonderful. Everything was easy, smooth, and not tiring at all. We enjoyed many activities throughout the day, and all the places we visited were beautiful. Mr. Mohammed was very helpful and explained everything clearly and professionally. He was always willing to assist and often offered help even before being asked. The bus driver was also very kind, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a memorable and well-organized trip.

I chose the wrong tour. I wanted to escape busy Istanbul and see some nature. This 12.5 hour day trip would be perfect for families with kids who want action based fun (think theme parks). I had hoped we would see more natural beautiful scenery also but we only spent an hour including lunch at the lake. The activities all cost extra so take that into consideration. Take snacks too. We didn’t get lunch until 4 pm. If you are an animal lover, DO NOT visit the lion park. The organisation and tour guide were great.

A good day trip with lots of activities for couples and families including the aquarium, cable cart with good views of lake sapanca. Can be a little bit expensive when you add all the activities

We visit Maşukiye from time to time, and every visit is a refreshing escape from the busy city life of Istanbul. Located very close to the city, it’s a perfect destination for a quick nature getaway. The area is full of greenery, small rivers, and cozy restaurants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s ideal for a day trip, especially if you enjoy fresh air and calm surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a nearby nature experience.

Was the best experience. But the guide make our day more better , knowledge and help me all time. Will never forget this day. Thanks so much Nuri turan I highly recommend it with this guide .

Wonderful Gudie He was so helpful, friendly and informative Full Day packed with places to visit and activities The ATV activity (provided by different organizer) was sort of a scam , very short duration and the only riding track didn’t have any stops in the good view points for pictures or sightseeing. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable day

This tour was a major disappointment. The itinerary focused heavily on commercial stops rather than cultural or meaningful experiences. The first stop was a mall amusement park featuring a zoo and aquarium—uninspiring and clearly designed for commission-based ticket sales. The next stop was a sweets and souvenir shop (also commission based), offering nothing of real value or local significance. The third destination was an activity park where nearly everything required an extra fee. Lunch was subpar: the flatbread was stale, the salad wilted, and the dining area was uncomfortably dusty, especially as multiple tourist buses arrived. Later stops included a cable car ride and zipline—standard, repetitive attractions with no unique appeal. The best destination was Sapanca lake which was the last stop and we were only there for an hour. Overall, the tour felt like a series of tourist traps with minimal cultural relevance. I do not recommend this tour to any traveler seeking an authentic or enriching experience.

As a nature lover . The trip had multiple detours before arriving at the spanca lake and the Masykie place with very little time to stay there because we had stopped at an aquarium and a motorcycle place which by the way we didn’t take . The other thing is that they stop you at a place for desert (Halkkom and honey) I bought 2 kilos of sweets and saffron which he told me a price inside the store. However, at the cashier I was surprised by another price after I paid and reviewed the bill . The sweets they have given me almost 0.5 kilos more and the Saffron gave me the price for one gram only which was advertised as the price for the whole 5 gram container. Anyway we proceeded to go up the Aerial lift. And enjoyed our times there for about half an hour then to Masukye which also we stayed very little time at. Then headed back to Istanbul .

I visited Sapanca and Maşukiye in 29 May 2025 with a guided tour from Istanbul. The trip started early, and the transportation was smooth, although traffic coming back was a bit heavy. Sapanca Lake was serene and perfect for a short walk and photos. Maşukiye was a highlight—lush greenery, waterfalls, and a relaxing riverside lunch. The tour guide was friendly, One downside was a stop at a store which felt unnecessary because they charged high for us moreover I ask for mixed of sweets 1 kg for 950 lira but the shop keeper who knows English said I will pack it for you please wait at the billing area finally he came with a pack and labelled 1350 lira I asked him why but he said once packed cannot change that’s it and he ignores me then I paid for the sweets and honey . so I warned all the first shop in sapanca need to be careful . Overall, a great nature escape from the city—ideal for those looking for fresh air and scenery. I recommend it

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed well. Tour management, professional guide and food in the restaurant at forest. Thanks for everything
