BART was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and informative. He kept us informed and entertained the whole time
We had a wonderful day with our guide, Tom. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. He took great care of everyone in the group and shared a lot of interesting information as well as his own experiences, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Thank you, Tom, for making this tour such a great experience. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Fun experience yesterday at Zakopane. Guide Tom was really engaging, knowledgable and a good laugh. Free cheese and vodka is akways a nice touch.
It was an amazing trip with an amazing guide Bart. He showed us great places and shared so much interesting details and stories. We enjoyed our day pretty much and we definitely recommend the tour 😊
Tom was our driver, appeared very passionate about Poland and talked about its history, with great knowledge. Tom also worked out the group dynamics very quickly and spoke in a befitting manner. Pointed out lots of interesting landmarks en route. Stopping on two occasions to let us try local product and see some sights before arriving at our destination and on the way back. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing place to visit, Tom our guide was very informative and chatty, gave us the best places to eat. Gave us some places to visit on our holiday. Well worth the trip.
We took the day tour with our guide Bart. Everything was perfectly organized. We were picked up at the hotel absolutely on time. Bart is very friendly and has an incredible amount to share about the landscape and history. The drive to the first stop was entertaining. We first visited a wooden church, then later a wooden village, before we finally had 3 hours of free time in Zakopane. Bart brought us to the entrance of the funicular and provided us with restaurant recommendations. On the way back, we were able to try the traditional cheese. And during the entire time, our guide answered all questions and spread a good mood. We would book this tour again at any time and explicitly recommend it to all Krakow travelers!
I really enjoyed Zakopane. It's a long day out and some walking is involved for sure, but it's definitely worth the visit and asking price. The sights of the mountains were spectacular and we got lucky with the weather which made the experience much better. We booked a tour (which included a pick up/transfer from our hotel) with Krak Tours. The driver- Julia- was very professional and nice. She was also very considerate and flexible in arranging to drop us off to a different location after the end of the tour. She was very informative and allowed us to take plenty of photos along the various stops during the tour. Communication was clear and helpful from them. I would highly recommend the tour and would use Krak Tours again. It's a long and tiring day but if you like sightseeing and taking in some of the polish culture (and cuisine -i.e cheese and vodka) then Zakopane and the surrounding area/villages are a must see for those visiting Poland.
Bart is the best driver guide! 11/10 Very friendly, great stories on history and life in general! Clean car, spot on!
