Absolutely brilliant experience, The Bow Street team looked after me and my friend from the US so well from booking everything to have personalised gifts prepared and ready for me on the day - A special mention to Reign who helped set the whole thing up and fixed some booking issues in advance. Evan at reception looked after us very well on arrival and our Tour Guide Eva was awesome!!

The tour was excellent, with a knowledgeable and engaging guide who explained the history of the brand and the whiskey-making process in a clear and interesting way. The tasting session was also very enjoyable and a great way to finish the tour. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dublin.

We had a really informative tour with our guide Robyn, who was excellent. The whisky at the start of tour was a good way to relax and enjoy a detailed explanation of how Jameson's is made. Whisky tasting with 3 different blends was a nice touch too.
The young man who lead the tour was far too over the top. He didn’t explain the making of the whiskey with us at the tables where we should have taken time to smell and understand the process and smell of the whiskey and where it comes from. He was very dramatic and full of himself. If someone else had lead the session I think it would have been much more interesting to the rest of us.
The guide was really good . The tasting was good too . But however the overall experience was not great . I visited with my family who was eager to learn on distilleries and that's why we choose this place. There was no real distillery as we expected from advertisement. The advertisement was misleading.
