Itinerario

120 min

Perfect Day!

We purchased all-inclusive pass. It was a perfectly run trip. Very professional, great guide who really knew his stuff, great bus, the cenotes was truly incredible. We were so happy we went to the cenotes that we did and buying the all inclusive made it all run so smoothly without having to wait for anything. We had plenty of time for all our adventures !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience

Our bachelorette group had an absolutely amazing experience on this tour and would recommend it without hesitation! Rafael, our tour guide, and Manuel, our driver, made the entire day smooth, informative, fun, and memorable from beginning to end. First things first—Chichen Itza is incredible and absolutely worth seeing, but be prepared because it was EXTREMELY hot. One of the best tips we learned: before going inside, you can purchase umbrellas for shade for around $5 USD, which made a huge difference and helped make the experience more comfortable. We chose the all-inclusive bundle for our bachelorette trip and that was 100% the right decision. Having transportation, access, meals, and logistics already covered allowed us to relax and enjoy the day instead of worrying about details. Our absolute favorite part of the day was the cenote experience. It was beautiful, refreshing, and honestly one of the highlights of our entire trip. Also—do not skip the photographer! We purchased the photo package for $60 USD and received incredible pictures emailed directly to us afterward. It was completely worth it and allowed us to stay present and enjoy the experience while still capturing amazing memories. Valladolid was a great addition to round out the day and gave us a chance to experience another side of the area. you don’t spend a tone of time there. Taste the tequila, buy a bottle and then head to the ice cream shop on the corner for a refreshing treat! Huge thank you again to Rafael and Manuel for making our bachelorette celebration unforgettable. 10 out of 10 experience!

Book It - Well Worth the Money!

It was my husband's one wish to visit Chichen Itza on our vacation to Mexico, and we are so glad we booked this excursion. Our tour guide's name was Edwin, who has over a decade of experience as a guide, as well as a historian background and degree. He kept us entertained and well educated the entire drive to Chichen Itza, the cenote, and Valladolid. Our driver was Isidro, and he was also fantastic and professional. We have not stopped telling our friends and family about this trip. My husband loved the Mayan pyramid, but I loved the cenote they take you to after. My only complaint is that we could have spent more time there - but even with a 12 hour excursion we were pressed for time to drive back to Playa Del Carmen. There's so much to see! Afterwards we were fed traditional Mayan cuisine which was delicious. Finally, we stopped to do tequilla tasting in Valladolid. I REALLY do not like tequilla, but I have to admit the Mayan Agave tequilla they let us sample was very smooth! NOTE: *It is very hot at Chichen Itza (at least in the Summer months) due to the limestone and minimal tree coverage - bring a hat and umbrella unless you want to rent/buy one there. Bring sunscreen. They provided water for us, but not a bad idea to bring more to leave on the bus. *Also - buy the tickets to Chichen Itza ahead of time if your tour guides send you the link the night before - makes the next day easy!

Amazing Experience!

Rafa was very friendly and welcoming as well as knowledgeable about everything we saw. I truly enjoyed hearing him educate us about the sacred historical sites. When he spoke about the sacrificial rituals it literally gave me chills! This was a great experience and I would do it again. Thank you Rafa & our driver Manuel. If i make it back around to this end of the world again, I hope you are my tour guide!

He was organized, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the day. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his enthusiasm made the tour unforgettable. While in Yucatán Mexico!

This excursion honestly saved our trip! We booked it the day before, and I’m so glad we did. While our pickup wasn’t exactly on time, the driver was incredibly kind and professional. We were picked up in a smaller white van that took us to the main tour bus, which was only a short drive from our resort. Our guide, Luis, was the highlight of the day. He was charismatic, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about Mayan history and culture. Throughout the tour, he shared fascinating stories and historical insights that made each stop even more meaningful. Our first stop was a charming town near Chichén Itzá, where we had time to enjoy a light breakfast and browse local souvenirs. From there, we visited Chichén Itzá, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Seeing it in person was unforgettable. Next, we stopped at a beautiful cenote where we enjoyed an authentic Yucatán-style lunch that was included with the tour. It wasn’t just delicious—it felt like a true cultural experience. Our final stop was the beautiful colonial city of Valladolid. I only wish we had a little more time there, but the schedule was thoughtfully planned and gave us enough time to appreciate each destination without feeling rushed. From start to finish, the excursion was well organized, informative, and enjoyable. Most importantly, I felt safe throughout the entire experience while getting to experience the history, food, and culture of the Yucatán in an authentic way. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It was most likely one of the only highlights of our vacation!

Could have been so much better

hichen itza is definitely worth a visit - majestic and awe-inspiring example of early human engineering. However, I don’t recommend going on this trip for a number of reasons as follows: 1) Luis was engaging but he spewed so much bs that my partner and I felt like we were fed misinformation rather than historical facts and had to google everything we were told to see what was true. I mean…. Luis had us pull out calculators and multiply the number of orifices in our head times the number of digits in our fingers and then claimed that has something to do with the number of planets orbiting the sun. He also said that hospitals are busy on Sundays because humans are 74% water so we experience the gravitational pull of the moon as tides in our bodies especially on Sundays. We felt like we were on the QAnon/ conspiracy theory version of the tour and learned nothing of actual historical significance. 2) No respect for our time. This was billed as an 11 hour tour but took 14 hours and should have taken 9 or 10. We first stopped at a tourist trap that wasn’t on the itinerary for 2 hours so people could buy a blessing from a shaman. Shameless commercialism. Then, we left each stop about 20-30 minutes later than they said we would go. My partner and I, who were on time everywhere, spent at least 2 hours sitting on a motionless bus waiting for others - sometimes just waiting for Luis. Not even other guests. We felt super bummed that we had missed a whole day of our vacation for this.
