The performance itself was excellent. We were in line at the ticket window when instructed but did not receive the tickets by the time the performance started. Though we paid premium price our seating was at the edge and not very good to see the full performance.
The puppet show is certainly worth seeing and although the audio does not explain everything, I would recommend having it. However I would recommend buying your tickets at the theatre and DEFINITELY not through TripAdvisor or any other online ticket outlet; you get ripped off! Additionally, you have to wait for the staff to give you a paper ticket as electronic ones do not let you in directly, so you don’t actually skip the line. I booked one and a half hours before the show started, but the staff said as it was a late booking I had to wait until show time before they would give me the tickets. Fortunately they had no seats left for the row I had booked so was upgraded FOC to the front row, but no thanks to TripAdvisor.
Online ticket exchange service is very fast, I just go to the staff and get tickets. No need to queue. Everyone should buy more audio guide

I went to see the puppet alone, when I arrived at me in line for 15 minutes, I couldn't buy it. Should go home, the next day try to order online. When I came to the place, I thought I had to line up, but no, there was a ticket to give the ticket and go up. Fast
My friend and I missed a taxi, so we were late. Fortunately, we had booked online, so when we arrived, we just stepped in, and the staff asked for our name and gave us the ticket. Oh, the service is really fast, I liked that!!!!!

Very nice traditional show. No need for audio guides. On the other hand I paid a thread-cutting ticket and first rows and yet I queued because the thread-cutting was not indicated (you have to go directly to the bottom of the stairs with its pdf) and I was placed in row L despite the ticket being advertised rows A to E...
Amazingggg 😇😇 I really like the way of working here. Everything resolved very quickly. I arrived and was given a ticket, just went in. No need to queue. The staff at the theater are very friendly with foreign guests
