El mundialmente famoso paseo en hidrodeslizador y el parque de caimanes es una de las principales atracciones tanto para locales como para visitantes. Es perfecto para niños y adultos de todas las edades. Los hidrodeslizadores son espaciosos, seguros, ofrecen comodidad y protección cubierta contra todas las condiciones climáticas. Realice un recorrido de 1 hora en AirBoat por los Everglades. Esta es una excelente manera de ver el pantano de cerca y vislumbrar la vida silvestre que vive allí, incluidos caimanes, tortugas, pájaros y serpientes.

We had a great experience start to finish. Our bus was relatively on time and the bus driver was very clear about everything we needed to know. He was honestly great. Our air boat ride was fun! Our airboat operator was Jonoyai and he was just super, great vibes. We saw 2 gaters, lots of turtles and birds. The show at the end was also great. We would recommend this tour to families visiting the area. Our boys are going 14 and 18 and they enjoyed it quite a bit

This company gave us the wrong information and refused to refund me back the money. Viator refunded it back on their behalf. The bus never showed up at the time we were told and we know fact has already missed the bus and they took my money. Viator was looking at the available information provided by the tour company. Be careful when booking.
Please verify the facts, this customer had purchased an Everglades tour with the Downtown Miami Pick up option selected (9:50AM) booking made at 8:50AM the same day, then called at 9:39AM asking how far was the bus from their hotel in Miami Beach (Cadillac Hotel which the pick up is at 8:50AM if the Miami Beach Pick up was chosen) and our bus was not there anymore, the mistake was made either from the customer booking online or by the Viator agent that booked it for the over the phone as they stated.
The airboat experience in the Everglades was everyting I expected. The guide was knowledgeable and fun. Riding the boat for the first time was fun and we got to see quite a few alligators. I chose this tour because I thought the anima show + picture with baby alligator was NOT included but turns out is something you can’t reallt skip during the booking process. I do not support any kind of animal shows even if they say the animals are well taken care of etc. You still train them to be “domesticated” and it is still a show. I would not recommend this activity because of that.

(Take into account that the alligators used on this show are rescued alligators than otherwise if not taken by the park to be used as an educational show would have been eutanized by wildlife authorities). The included picture is a group photo taken before riding the airboat and not the one holding the baby alligator but you may still choose not to have it taken.
The visit to the center very organized everything, the staff has an excellent treatment with customers. Unfortunately, the bus driver must improve. He tried to do his best, at first he didn't understand at all what he said in English. And he started making jokes that weren't very funny. He was very kind in his attention, but he spoke very bad English and put the music at full volume which was not pleasant.

The ad says there is bathroom on the bus: which the do, but it is locked in chain: so u can’t use it. No one warns you but u can’t bring food and drink in the bus so many people have to pore away their drinks before boarding. Would be nice to know ahead of time. Bus came late

This was a once in a life time experience. The boat captain was very funny and knowledgeable about the ecosystem. The wildlife was so incredible to see in person. The seats on the boat weren’t the most comfortable. They did a very great job making sure everyone in our party sat together as well. The gator show was amazing! We also paid for a picture with the baby gator. That was very fun and will be a lasting memory.

We arrived by cruse ship and met at the "previous Holiday Inn" assuming the Hotel bell captain would store our luggage but it was closed. But the driver happily stowed our bags in the luggage racks below the bus! A lifesaver so we could enjoy the adventure.

Overall, the tour was great, but the center where they work out of had a few issues. The driver was very good. The boat captain was good, we saw quite a few alligators. But we were supposed to get some alligator bites before the boat took off and the concession stand couldn't deliver. The workers there were very rude and they closed early so no food after the boat ride either. The little zoo that was part of the excursion closed a few minutes after we got off the boat so we couldn't spend much time there. They rushed us out. In summary I'd say good bus ride and Everglades tour, but don't expect to eat. If your boat leaves in the afternoon, don't expect to spend much time at the animal park either. We were very rushed.
