Recógelo en tu hotel en Estambul con un vehículo con aire acondicionado, luego parte hacia el área de Galata, ubicada en la costa norte del majestuoso Cuerno de Oro. Camina por la ladera serena, una vez llena de numerosos huertos durante la era bizantina, y disfruta de la hermosa vista del Cuerno de Oro, una entrada de agua rodeada de rascacielos y exuberantes bosques verdes. Echa un vistazo al exterior de la Torre de Gálata, una torre de piedra medieval, y escucha las historias de tu guía sobre cómo el vecindario se convirtió en una colonia genovesa del siglo VI al siglo XV. Torre Gálata
Las Escaleras de Camondo son una de las joyas arquitectónicas escondidas de Estambul, ubicadas en el histórico barrio de Gálata. Construidas a finales del siglo XIX por la influyente familia Camondo, una prominente familia bancaria judía otomana, estas elegantes escaleras curvas conectan Bankalar Caddesi (calle Banks) con la zona alta de Gálata.

BATUHAN was an amazing guide, down to earth, professional and considerate. He did everything necessary to guarantee a wonderfully informative and instructing tour. He took the tour at a wonderful pace, and made sure questions were heard and answered. My favourite part was the tour of the churches were we had an amazing tour of the history of the building.

We booked several Viator tours during our stay in Istanbul. This one wasn’t bad by any means but we could have done without it. The tour guide was nice but we really just walked up and down the streets. It ended up being only 2 hours but it’s partially our fault because we were just exhausted and probably gave the vibe that we wanted it to be done.

Our visit to Istanbul was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed exploring the city on foot, taking in the unique atmosphere where history and modern life come together. Walking through Istiklal Street was a highlight, with its lively energy, shops, cafés, and beautiful architecture. The views from the Galata Tower were spectacular, offering a breathtaking panorama of Istanbul and the Bosphorus. We also loved spending time in Karaköy, a vibrant area full of character, great food, and waterfront views. Istanbul impressed us with its rich culture, friendly people, fascinating history, and delicious cuisine. Every corner had something interesting to discover. We had a walking tour of Istanbul with Hasan Mevdudi. The tour was absolutely amazing and wonderful. More important, Hasan was incredibly informative and a wonderful guide. He was incredibly informative. His knowledge of the city and the history of Turkey was outstanding. Can was our guide. He was punctual and spoke excellent English. He was knowledgeable about the city in which he grew up and took us to areas which we would most likely have missed if not on the tour. He was open to our questions and at the end of the tour he asked us about our plans and offered suggestions and restaurant recommendations. I really enjoyed the time I spent with Can and learned several new things about Istanbul.
