Escapada a la playa todo incluido en el puerto de Costa Maya

This was a great bargin. Everything is included (food, drinks, and seating on the beach). The food menu was quite extensive and even though I did not fully partake of all the drinks, it still was good. The beach is very shallow, so it made actual swimming hard, but it still was good. The only thing is you will be inundated with folks on the beach trying to get you to buy stuff. You will be picked up at the cruise port (if that is how you arrived). Be mindful that you have to walk all the way outside the gate entrance, maybe a 10-15 minute walk. When you are ready to leave, just let the staff know and they will get you a return taxi. (I think the cost was included, as the driver did not ask for any payment.)

Throughly enjoyed the experience , the transportation was reliable. The service was exceptional & efficient. Food was good as well.

Great experience….fun for all! Enjoyed a relaxing day in the provided beach chairs while the kids had fun on the inflatable obstacle course, paddle boards and kayaks.

Worst experience ever！ Worst experience ever! We booked the package with the option of going there without transportation. We went there using the address provided and we could not find the place. The local people said that address is just for the general beach area instead of the actual place. We contacted the number listed in our booking and he said we got to meet at the port. He gave no help to finding the correct place!

I went solo and it was very obvious that you will be treated very differently from anyone that is in a larger group. I was asked by staff not once but twice to move chaise loungers to accommodate a larger group that arrived after I had already settled in. When time to get a drink I was passed by multiple times by waiters who were more than attentive to the larger groups and ended up having to go fetch my drink at the actual bar rather than be waited on . The “beach” was a roped off area that you had to walk across lots of rocks in order to enjoy the water. Overall not what I had hoped for, rather disappointing compared to my other NCL excursions I booked while on my 7 day Caribbean cruise.

The view was great, easy to get to, and the staff were fantastic. The food was very good as well. Getting a taxi at the end of our day took 5 min, so we made it back to the ship in plenty of time. When we come back to this port, we would do this again.

Excellent little get away. Had our own private driver throughout the entire day. Our beach was cleaned of debris. Our food was good and authentic. We even paid extra for beach massages. Everyone spoke good English. The only slight downfall is having to walk outside thr port area and try to find the right person who is your guide for the day. They brought us as many drinks and plates of food directly to the beach as we could consume.

Nice spot, great waiter who was very attentive, food was really good! We had little tables with the chairs and umbrella for food and drinks. I would definitely recommend

Very good. They are friendly and we were very well served. The beach is calm and good to stand up and kayak.

Awesome beach escape. Mario at the restaurant was very welcoming and had great English. They had a set of beach chairs saved and marked with my name on them. Food and drinks were amazing and plentiful. Not sure who our waiter was but we never had an empty glass. Seriously, really really really good drinks and food. Only complaint was the transportation part. Not knowing how the port worked, I prepaid an extra $40 per ticket ($80 total) for transportation. Little did I know taxis are more than plentiful We got to the beach ok, but somehow on the way back we got called a cab that was outside the process so we had to pay that cab and it was only $10. So I prepaid $80 for something that was only $20 and still had to pay the back end. Would absolutely do this again, just wouldn't prepay for transportation.
