This was billed as skip the line entry. Didn’t happen. Never found the guide fo me. Just lots of other companies. Wa directed to the general line for those without timed entry Not your fault but the museum act closed for the morning due to technical difficulties. Think it was the heat Called the contact number and emailed asking for a refund. Got this request for feedback before I have heard anything
Be sure you have the Viator app downloaded before you get there. Even though I had the museum vouchers in my apple wallet they wouldn’t help me gain admission until I got the app (while standing in a busy Paris museum line.)

We were sold tickets that were supposed to be for a reserved time but the tickets we received were general admission so we were not able to use the reserved line.

We booked too late to get a guided tour, but the fast-track entry was perfect. We literally walked right into the museum, showing our passes at the door and that was that. At the end of the day, we didn't miss the guide. The d'Orsay is a smaller museum and easily accessible. We followed signs and read placards, and after three hours, thought we had seen most of the items on display in the museum. We recommend the fast-track entry to anyone who wants to visit the Musee d'Orsay.

The fast track ticket allowed us to quickly enter the museum. There were very long lines waiting to purchase ticket which would mean about a 30 to 40 minute wait time. Excellent choice for entrance into this beautiful museum.
The voucher with bar code wasn’t sent in time, but Steve the manager of Musee D’Orangerie saves the day !
Easy to use. They sent tickets to my what’s app. We were able to enter quickly without having to stay in a long line
