El atrio central del Museo actúa como un centro para los visitantes, con tres pisos de galerías que se ramifican desde él. Pasarelas, ascensores de cristal y escaleras unen estas galerías, creando múltiples ángulos de visión de las exposiciones. En total, hay 20 galerías de exposiciones. Este diseño, con el atrio y las pasarelas como elementos de conexión, hace que la navegación dentro del museo sea sencilla, a pesar del complejo exterior del edificio. Más allá de los espacios de exposición, el museo también ofrece un auditorio de 300 asientos, dos restaurantes, una cafetería y una tienda / librería.

This was a scam. The museum didn’t let us in with viator tickets. We had to buy new ones and their were cheaper than viator tickets

Kept the entry ticket on my phone and it was good for a half hour after our appointed time, barely made it. Just scanned by the employee at the entrance and was perfect. So happy it worked so easily.

Having purchased the entry ticket through Viator, we turned up at the entry and the staff at the entry desk couldn't access the ticket. They referred us to the Information desk, where they also failed to make the link work.

This is absolutely worth visiting if only solely for the architecture which is amazing. We actually walked from the Plaza Circular along the river to the Guggenhiem Museum taking in all the sites along the way which was great. I must admit my highlight was when we turned the corner and was confronted by the huge spider construction it really made the walk work while. Although the were lots of people walking around it did not feel crowded. You can also get some get views of the museum and the spider if you walk around and up onto the bridge and look down onto the area for some great photo's

easy to get to with Public Transport take your time see everything . it’s Art so some things might be your flavor some might not, but enjoy it all

The building was AMAZING! When we went in to drop off our coats, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, by the end of the day, they literally THREW our coats at us! They could not wait till we visitors had gone! This was in February... I'd hate to deal with them in the busy Summer Season!

Very hard to find tickets in the ViaTour system. It took us 45 minutes working with the museum help desk to finally locate tickets.

That with Viator it costs twice as much to buy the Museum tickets and it is better to buy them directly since there is no additional benefit

Wasn’t the experience. The tour guide didn’t refund the tickets as I booked Guggenheim in NYC. I wasn’t in Spain and obviously couldn’t make the appointed time. I know there was no refund but really?
