Entrada al castillo de Neuschwanstein

From booking to ticket pick up to the tour everything was smooth and easy to navigate. The tour did get changed to am earlier time of day and with our train coming in only 45 minutes before the tour started we were a little nervous. But Josh allowed us to pick up tickets and we took a taxi to the base of neuschwanstein- made it with plenty of time to spare! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone - we enjoyed the audio guided aspect and being able to see the castle!

I was nervous about booking this tour with a second party, as I have been burned before, however this experience went perfectly. The pick up location was accurate and the tour was accurate. We enjoyed this tour very much. We even had a private tour guide who spoke perfect English.

A really enjoyable experience and everything worked exactly as expected. We picked up our tickets in Füssen before heading to Neuschwanstein Castle, and the process was simple and well explained. The staff gave us helpful information about getting to the castle and our scheduled entry time. We had no problems at all and could just relax and enjoy the day. The castle and surrounding scenery were absolutely beautiful. Very happy with the organisation and would recommend!

We really enjoyed our day at Neuschwanstein Castle. Picking up the tickets in Füssen was straightforward and the whole process was very well organised. We were given all the information we needed for getting to the castle and finding our tour. Everything worked perfectly and the staff were friendly and helpful. Neuschwanstein is an amazing place to visit and the views are fantastic. A great experience from start to finish and definitely recommended!

There are only tours with a length of 30 minutes available on-site. It is a shame that we paid for supposedly 90 minutes paid. We will book directly at the castle next time.
