We had an eye opening ride from the Port to Old Phuket Farm, and very nice welcome upon arrival. Tour guide Sont was thoroughly enjoyable. Spoke very good English and had many interesting stories about life in Thailand, former and now. The farm was amazing. Experience of meal prepping, rice planting, tinning, rubber tree extract, and livestock was memorable. Even met the third generation family member that currently manages the enterprise. Highly recommend.

Whole experience at the farm was wonderful, from the friendly welcoming greeting, to the fun and interesting tour by Bernie our guide. Was looking for an immersive cultural tour and so pleased we found it at this farm. Highly recommend this experience.

Very good tour. Our guide was funny, knowledgeable and made it interesting. There are opportunities to try out rice planting and tin panning in the water which I recommend- wear shoes easy to get off and on. The whole farm is tidy and beautiful and they are good to their animals. The tour takes place a lot in the sun, so hat and sunscreen are wise. They offered parasols to borrow, too.

We’re so glad we went to Old Phuket farm. Bernie was our tour guide and he did a great job of showing us around. We learnt lots about traditional farming and processing of rice and rubber. We also got our hands dirty and tried planting rice, cleaning the water buffalo and processing the rubber from the tree into a sheet. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience! My family had a blast learning about farm life. The highlights were definitely getting hands-on with rice planting and showering the buffaloes! The staff were so welcoming, and our guide made everything easy to understand. We also really enjoyed exploring the beautiful Thai house. Highly recommend for families with children.

We had a terrific guide! It is touristy but it is hands on and it was really fun for my son and informative for me! We learned a lot about Thai culture and it was a really nice couple hours of our day! Definitely recommend!

A fantastic outing for the whole family - a little slice of rural Thai life, but it's only a short drive off the highway, so not remote to get to by taxi. Experience the traditional Thai way of living, meet the buffalo, learn how rice is grown, and taste a fresh Phuket pineapple. The gift hut is packed with handmade crafts at a great price. There were several groups of Thai school children on field trips - super cute to see!
