Prepárese para un tour increíble en el mundo del vino orgánico: visitará una de las bodegas orgánicas más antiguas junto con un miembro de la Familia Tili, quien le explicará todo el proceso para elaborar un vino orgánico fantástico. Después, puede probar todos los productos de la granja durante una degustación guiada donde probará 5 vinos orgánicos diferentes de Assisi DOC y Umbria IGT. Los vinos se combinarán con una bruschette caliente con aceite de oliva virgen extra orgánico, una selección de quesos y salami con mermeladas, y biscotti local con vino dulce. ¡Al final recibirás una certificación de Apprentice Winemaker! Ofrecemos servicio de recogida a pedido por un precio fijo, desde el centro de la ciudad de Asís o Spello o la estación de tren de Asís.

Los viajes disfrutarán de una visita guiada a la bodega seguida de una degustación de 5 vinos orgánicos maridados con bruschette, una selección de embutidos y quesos y tozzetti "umbrian biscotti". Para los niños ofrecemos también refrescos y / o jugos y patatas fritas.

Great experience! This small, family-run vineyard has been operating for centuries and is amazing. We enjoyed the wines and appetizers so much. Our guide, Julia, was very knowledgeable about each wine and the winemaking process. We would highly recommend this tour and tasting!
We arrived at a fantastic beautiful place, all the way between the vines. We were taken care of by Maria who provided us with a very cozy private tasting with delicious homemade snacks. Annalaura later took over because another group also came in. We have tasted and bought delicious Wines, Olive Oil and Balsamic. We are Fan!!! Thanks, ladies.
We had a wonderful time at the “Winemaker for a Day” experience. It was just the two of us, which made it feel very personal and relaxed. The lady who guided us was fantastic—she explained everything in a simple and engaging way and patiently answered all our questions. We also loved the food, especially the spreads! The wine tasting was excellent, and we ended up buying both a bottle of wine and several bottles of their delicious olive oil. A lovely experience that we would highly recommend.
This tour was even better than anticipated! So informative , great wine and appetizers. The view from the vineyard is spectacular as well.

Annalaura and Maria were amazing. We learned about the history of the winery and how each wine was hand crafted. Wine was delicious and the snacks were perfectly paired.
We had a truly unforgettable experience in Assisi in this Umbrian winery. The tour of the winery was extremely interesting: they explained with passion and clarity all the phases of organic wine production transmitting the love and care they dedicate to their work. The tasting was a journey into the flavors and aromas of Umbria: excellent and well-balanced wines accompanied by high-quality local products. A really pleasant experience that we recommend to everyone.

Beautiful winery near Assisi, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the hotel which was very convenient. Julia was our knowledgeable tour guide, I really enjoyed learning about the organic wine production.

Really nice, family friendly tour, including a talk about how the process worked. Great nibbles and generous selection of delicious wines to try after the tour of the cellars. Was the right balance of detail and interesting! Would recommend
