Recogemos a los pasajeros una hora antes en los hoteles o punto de encuentro
Recogemos a los huéspedes y los llevamos en bus climatizado durante 1 hora hasta el volcán del totumo. Nuestro guía les explicará lo que harán y las recomendaciones que deben tener a la hora de ingresar, seguido a esto tendrán de 15 a 20 minutos para introducirse en su relajante baño de lodo y disfrutar de esta nueva experiencia, por otra parte, al finalizar esta etapa tendrán la posibilidad de tener un baño en la Ciénega del totumo que es agua dulce y por último un delicioso desayuno ligero.
En este lugar nos vamos a sumergir en una gran aventura en medio de un bosque rodeado de naturaleza en la que podrán conectarse y relajarse mientras disfrutas de un delicioso coctel, rodeado de playas y ricas piscinas hasta esperar la hora de un delicioso almuerzo el cual tendrá 4 opciones más un postre ligero. En este lindo lugar tendrá la oportunidad de divertirse con varias actividades, ya que cuenta con cancha de futbol o voleibol, waterpolo, parque infantil, toboganes, y otros servicios que son adicionales, este es un plan perfecto para disfrutar en familia y amigos

En los barrios de Getsemaní y Centro Histórico no pueden ingresar buses de turismo grande, es por ello que si hay clientes que estan hospedados en esa zona tenemos un punto de encuentro que es el monumento de la torre del reloj

- Se le ofrecerá comprar barro seco para llevar a casa. Debido a sus propiedades naturales desde su origen, este lodo tiene propiedades explosivas, que la TSA señalará si tiene un vuelo de conexión al regresar a Estados Unidos. Podría conservarlo, pero se necesitaban medidas de detección adicionales antes de aprobar la TSA.

The experience wasn't as relaxing as i thought. It felt very commercial if that makes sense. The mud bath was nice but they charge like 20 mil pesos for the extra services like "massage" " watching our sandals" etc and it really wasnt "optional" as they claim it to be. The tour guide was nice, driver drove well. However, he lacked on interacting with us and gave little to no information on the history of the volcano. He only gave us some info because we asked him about it. Overall, it was okay.

Went with a big group and they were able to accommodate, though we did get split into two busses given the large group. Some additional costs (light massage in the mud, ladies helping you wash off the mud, any drinks) but very affordable. It was fun for kids and grown-ups.

Nice way to spend a day in Cartagena. Our guide was friendly and spoke good English and prepared us well for the experience. The stop at the beach club for swimming and lunch, which was really good, is the added bonus. You definitely get your monies worth!

The tour was exactly as described. We were picked up at the clock tower in Walled City and proceeded to the mud tour. After the mud tour we proceeded to a beach club where the included lunch was provided. There was a pool and chairs to relax. There was also a bar. The beach was just a few steps away. The lunch was very tasty! The guides were very helpful. We really enjoyed this tour and would do it again! Please consider these things before you go. - Try to get off the bus first so that you can make it to the mud pit first because the line gets long - Bring a towel - VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to have small denominations of Columbian pesos (4 -5,000/per person—we were told about $20K Colombian pesos total) to tip. At the volcano, locals are there to help you along the way. Someone will take your towel and shoes (5K CP)to wait for you after the volcano and lake, someone will use your phone to take pictures (5K CP), someone will give you a massage in the volcano (5K CP), someone will rinse you off in the lake (5K CP). We were told the USD conversion was $9-10 (because the location was remote) for all services. The services were very much worth the money and you have to pay or they will come on the bus to collect!

Our tour guide was very detailed and attentive to our needs. He constantly asked if we had any questions throughout the tour. He ensured that we were safe on both tours. At the beach, he ensured that our lunch and welcome cocktails were ready and to our liking. I also enjoyed the birthday surprise!

It is too busy the small volcano with too many tourists and you have to queue up to go into the mud and you can't stay long in the mud. The area looks like a third world country the restaurants are ugly and expensive. The eco friendly hotel was okay and the lunch was okay.

This was one of the strangest activities but the ones I liked the most was something different the sludge super chevere the activity were very fulfilled with all thank you very much for your advice and recommendations.
