Adentrate en la naturaleza con una caminata de dificultad moderada para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas del glaciar Piedras Blancas, el imponente Monte Fitz Roy y la Laguna de los Tres, acompañado por un guía de montaña. La ruta ideal para conocer el inolvidable Chaltén. Te vas a cruzar glaciares, lagos, ríos y bosques en este hermoso destino, que sigue siendo una de las joyas escondidas del sur de Argentina. ¡Los paisajes te van a dejar sin aliento! Empezá una aventura inolvidable mientras te llevamos al impresionante puente Río Eléctrico, a solo 18 km al norte de El Chaltén. Este trekking promete vistas impresionantes desde el inicio, mostrando una espectacular variedad de glaciares, incluidos Marconi, Eléctrico, Cagliero y el lejano glaciar Vespignani hacia Lago del Desierto.
Al comenzar, el sendero ofrece suaves ascensos y un camino mayormente plano, llevándonos a nuestro primer impresionante mirador: el glaciar Piedras Blancas. Pronto, saldremos del bosque hacia un claro espectacular, donde se revelarán las icónicas cumbres del “S”, Saint Exupéry, Poincenot, Fitz Roy, Mermoz y Guillaumet, todas esperando en su máxima gloria para ser admiradas.
Nuestro viaje continúa mientras enfrentamos un ascenso de 400 metros durante aproximadamente una hora, llegando a la espectacular Laguna de los Tres. El camino aquí es rocoso y empinado, pero cada paso vale la pena. En la cima, serás recibido por vistas impresionantes del Fitz Roy, el glaciar de los Tres y la laguna misma, es una vista que realmente pone todo en perspectiva. Después de disfrutar de la grandeza del lugar, rodearemos la Laguna de los Tres y nos dirigiremos al mirador de Laguna Sucia y su glaciar. Disfrutá de un merecido descanso con algo para comer mientras contemplas la belleza que te rodea.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Recojo a las 8am en alojamiento ubicado en la ciudad de El Chalten. Indique el nombre y la dirección del hotel al hacer la reserva. Si se encuentra en un airbnb o dirección particular, el tour será confirmado bajo presentación en la oficina.

- IMPORTANTE: Al momento de la reserva se requieren nombre, número de pasaporte, nacionalidad y fecha de nacimiento de todos los participantes.
- Por favor traiga : Calzado adecuado para caminar por la montaña (calzado robusto), ropa de abrigo, chaqueta impermeable, gafas de sol, sombrero, protector solar, mochila pequeña, guantes, bloqueador solar y agua y box lunch. También puede traer bocadillos.
- La caminata involucrada es de 12.8 millas (20.6 km), aproximadamente 8 / 9 horas. Hora aproximada de finalización : Entre las 16:00 y las 18:00
- Los horarios pueden variar según las condiciones meteorológicas y físicas de los pasajeros
- Box lunch : Puedes añadir un box lunch con un coste extra. Por favor, solicítelo en el momento de la reserva. También puedes traer tu propio box lunch
- Cada participante deberá adaptarse al ritmo general de marcha, ya que las edades y las condiciones físicas dentro del grupo suelen variar.
- Si algún participante no puede continuar en algún tramo de la ruta, el guía no podrá salir del resto del grupo para acompañarlo, ni tampoco será posible dejarlo desatendido.
- La edad mínima requerida para participar en esta caminata es de 15 años. No se permiten niños ni bebés.
- Si se encuentra en un airbnb o dirección particular, el tour será confirmado bajo presentación en la oficina.
- No hay problemas de espalda si afecta la movilidad al caminar
- No recomendado para personas que tienen algún impedimento de movilidad al caminar

We went to Chaltén and did the Lagoon of the Three, leaving very early. Bring supplies and water. Trekking poles and dress in layers. Stop whenever necessary, enjoy the journey; the last kilometer is tough. Very steep. Do it at your own pace. Listen to your own breathing. Upon arrival, enjoy, fill your mind with good vibes, take photos, film, drink, and replenish your strength. It is not to be missed. The return is easier for me. But long. The body already feels the fatigue; do not faint and continue at your own pace to reach the hotel, take a bath, eat, and rest. Suggestion for a light activity the next day.

Gorgeous incredible surroundings and the view at the Laguna of Fitz was beautiful! However our guide would walk very fast, barely look behind to check we were together and not match the average speed of the group/slowest walker and so we either had to call him back to wait or wait for them to catch us up and he over took everyone we passed on the return journey which we felt was unnecessary. There were a couple of one at a time bridges and he would go first and not wait til everyone else had passed over so if you were more than 3 or 4 people behind him you were miles back.

We had an incredible hike with Lucas. It was long and physically demanding, close to 14 miles, but the payoff was more than worth it. Beyond the stunning scenery, what really elevated the experience was Lucas himself. He shared insights about paragliding and climbing, and we were lucky enough to see both happening on a perfect day. We didn’t take the standard out-and-back route and started from Río Eléctrico, which was a huge plus and made the hike feel more special and less repetitive. Having a guide truly mattered, Lucas helped us find quieter spots away from the crowds where we could really take in the views we would have easily missed on our own. If you are physically able to do this trek, don’t hesitate to book. It was worth every penny and then some.

Very well organized. Two guides for eleven passengers. Both well prepared and super disposed. Because of the difficulty of the climb to the Lagoon of the three, we were given the option to decide whether to do that stretch or not and the group was divided into two, each with a guide.

Not an easy run of the mill hike/trek! It certainly require serious physical fitness and endurance to climb to the top and be back all in one piece! Total trek advertised is very deceiving 16kms but actually it’s 28.57kms (17.7mikes ) as per my Apple Watch total round trip distance reordered. It certainly felt that way in my legs and my wife barely made it through! The guide was super helpful and made all efforts to keep us in steady pace as best he could. Vitor certainly need to put some extra lines in to th description to not blindly alert people and deceive but to give the honest details of what’s required for this trek. Otherwise, people will end up in trouble with injuries to them and with some broken bones at a very steep climb for almost an hour in the narrowest rockiest and the windiest section near the top. Cold and heavy wind gusts almost take you off the steps unless you are very experienced to hang on to a rock! Once you get to the top the lake with turquoise water against the Mt. Fitzroy is just heavenly as long as you can stand in the heavy wind gusts that are almost kicks you off your feet! The rain comes in horizontal pellets like hitting in your face to a piercing pain! You have to suffer to enjoy the view in those harshest conditions and then start nothing but to descending through the same field of large rocks and boulders by hanging on to your dear life not to get blown away with the wind gusts!

The published distance of the hike is 12.8 miles (20.6 km), not 16kms as you claim we advertise. We use that number consistently in the tour description. GPS devices and watches can sometimes record longer distances depending on signal, terrain or pauses along the route. We understand how challenging the final ascent can be, especially with strong winds or harsh weather, and we regret that these conditions made the experience more difficult for you and your wife. An outstanding and unique adventure. You have to be fit enough to run 20 km and do 800m altitude difference. The reward is unique landscapes, a guide who knows a lot about the area and the history, overall a great experience!
