En este increíble tour visitarás el Parque Natural Casa Tortuga, el parque tiene 4 cenotes únicos, de los cuales 2 estarán abiertos y 2 serán como una caverna. Disfrutará de un baño fresco y relajante para disipar sus preocupaciones. Después de visitar los 4 cenotes, tendrás 2 horas de tiempo libre para elegir el cenote abierto que más te guste para seguir nadando. Después del parque, disfrutarás de una deliciosa comida en un restaurante de comida regional donde elegirás 1 plato para disfrutar. Después del parque del cenote, lo llevarán a las ruinas mayas al pie de la playa para disfrutar de una experiencia cultural y aprender sobre la cultura maya. Lo que hace que esas ruinas sean únicas es que están ubicadas justo al lado de la playa. Antes de salir de Tulum, lo llevaremos al hermoso monumento a la Madre Naturaleza. La última parada será en la Quinta Avenida en Playa del Carmen, este es el lugar más famoso para visitar en esa ciudad, lleno de cultura, tiendas, restaurantes, tiendas de regalos y mucho más.

En la Zona Arqueológica de Tulum tendrás la oportunidad de adentrarte en la Cultura y Tradiciones Mayas. Disfrutarás de la hermosa vista de la playa en las ruinas.
Disfrute de un día increíble en los cenotes de Casa tortuga, experimentará 4 cenotes diferentes en el parque. Todo en el interior será completamente natural, tendrás la oportunidad de estar en contacto con la naturaleza al máximo.
Visitará el monumento de la Madre Naturaleza para crear recuerdos en este hermoso lugar (si está disponible). Después de eso, lo llevarán al Monumento a las Letras de Tulum.
Tendrá tiempo libre en Playa del Carmen en la famosa Quinta Avenida, llena de tiendas, restaurantes de comida regional, tiendas de regalos y mucho más.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Puntos de encuentro para viajeros que se encuentran en hoteles céntricos y airbnb's o cualquier lugar al que no podamos llegar: Cancun Meeting Point: frente al lobby de Oasis Smart en Avenida Tulum Playa del Carmen: Cocobongo en Playa del Carmen Tulum: No hay recogida en ningún hotel o airbnb, el punto de encuentro será en la puerta principal del mercado Super Aki en la avenida federal. Si el cliente se hospeda en Tulum o pasa Playa del Carmen, se omitirá la parada de la quinta avenida. La hora de recogida se establece de acuerdo con su ubicación, los viajeros que no proporcionen la ubicación de recogida deberán ponerse en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible, de lo contrario no podremos brindar el servicio.

Excellent tour I recommend everyone to do it. Beautiful photos and incredible place. He did everything written in good time. The only recommendation worth remembering is to take and wear sneakers when visiting the cenotes, as there are rocks and if you go barefoot you will suffer a little lol. Biodegradable sunscreen and biodegradable repellent too.

This was a really good tour in the sense that you got to accomplish multiple activities in one day! I liked that the guide was in constant contact with the tour company and were able to reshuffle some of the activities so that we did not have to wait long for entrance at any of the sites. It worked out well especially at the Ven a la Luz statue photo op where there wasn’t much of a line (however it was a Wednesday). Casa Tortuga cenotes were a great experience especially the underground ones! A must do! And our guide at casa tortuga was great (a guide who works at the eco park). It was a very long day, but worth it. My only complaint was that our guide waited until everyone was picked up to address the bus, which took over an hour, and I thought it was a bit rude. Please read all the info about the tour… pick up starts at 7am and we got back around 9pm. Would not recommend for very small kids who may get tired or cranky.

We are happy that you got such a great time at the activities Our guides will always try everything to make the day easy going and without hassel This is advertised as a full day tour, it's important to be aware of that The guides has to wait until everyone has boarded, otherwise he would be speaking and repeting himselfs multiple times at the bus and most people like to rest until the important moments come up
I had seen a lot of pictures of the place, so I decided to go with my partner. We have no regrets, a real paradise where you can take thousands of photos.

This was a nice way to see some of the main tourist attractions around Tulum and Akumal, my only complaint would be that I wish we got more then 2 hours at Cenotes Casa Tortuga, as it’d be nice to be able to spend a little longer in the larger open cenotes. But overall it was a lot of fun

It was okay the bus was two hours late. Told us 7am and we skipped breakfast to be on time. Bad decision! Our tour guide was rude to the black females. He also threatened to leave me twice for walking up to the bus late. So besides him being unprofessional. It was definitely a great experience. Make sure you bring your own snacks . They surprised us with pork sandwiches which was thoughtful if you eat that kinda of stuff which we didn’t. It’s a all day tour. Maybe 12 hours or so. So I wouldn’t make any plans afterwards.bring a backpack with a change of clothes. Bring cash
Thank you for sharing your experience with us The transportation arrived on time, at 7:25 am as we informed and that you confirm from received The guide did not "threatened" anybody, the guides informed everyone the time to be at the meeting point in order for you to don't miss the bus. You ignored all the instruccions that they gave, the only rude thing was to make everyone else wait. We will work to make it even more clear for everyone that it's important to follow instruccions and to be on time
We did this tour on a Sunday. The guide has attentive and professional. The bus arrived 45 minutes late. They had an issue with one of the passengers who did not want to pay (this was not the tour's fault), but it delayed everything. The guide picked us up and took us to the ruins. We had to stand around waiting for the bracelets, which took about 20 min; after that, we only had 1 hr to walk around and be back at the meeting point. After the ruins, we headed to the mother nature statue, which, let me tell you in advance, the wait was over an hour long. At the statue, they have a 1min per person rule, yet the wait was super long. Although I liked my pictures😊. We ended up living after this since we got tired from waiting in the sun.

Our guide was awesome! Explained everything we needed to know on the ride over, then set us free to roam. The cenotes were awesome. Snack sandwich and lunch were good. Highly recommend!
This tour is great to know the nature behind the Cenotes formation, you have the chance to experience 4 different unique cenotes There is something special in each of them, but there is plenty more to get to know and explore We would love to take you into your next adventure
