También conocida como la Catedral Metropolitana Basílica de la Natividad de Santa María, el Duomo es el símbolo indiscutible de Milán. Tatiana was very personable and knowledgeable while welcoming to questions! Pleasant and comfortable private tour with ample time for a pastry and cappuccino between the Duomo and Castle! Definitely recommend Tatiana, as well as having a private experience for a better perspective!
8/29/24 - Fabulous guide. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but his wife had a baby 6 mos ago. He was so wonderful. I have walking disabilities and he really helped cater to my needs without compromising the integrity of the tour for the rest of the people. Very informative and beautiful tour.
The guide Loretta was outstanding! She made this tour very enjoyable with accurate historic facts. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. It was quite an experience with a guide so professional. I highly recommend this tour with Loretta. Definitely, she was one of the best tour guides of all the Viator tours I have taken in the last twelve years.
This private tour was a real treat. Fabrizio was an excellent and well-informed tour guide bringing out unique details of the Duomo and Sforza castle.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Between the Duomo and the castle, we rode the subway which was fun. These two structures are beautiful and exciting to visit. This tour was awesome!
Georgio is personable, helpful, engaging and all around delight to be around and his knowledge of Milan is astounding. Could not be more happy
An absolute MUST DO if you’re in Milan! This was a true one of a kind experience! Our guide was very informative, polite and professional. She gave us incredibly detailed information about the Cathedral, the history, and the nature of the city as well as the different objects we were seeing. The Cathedral is incredible, and definitely takes your breath away quite a few times. The ability to be on top of it, and walk amongst all those tiny and not so tiny pillars, basically touch it’s beauty, and see the entire city of Milan and the Alps from atop, is one of a kind! The inside of the Cathedral, also, leaves your breathless with it’s beauty, endless bounty of history, and the overwhelming size of the actual building. This is a complete and absolute MUST DO if you’re in Milan even for a day! The Sforza Castle is quite cool too. We have seen and visited many castles in the world before, and this one definitely is on top of the list thus far! Such a big object! You don’t get to see the entire castle with the tour guide, but she did provide valuable information of what is worth seeing if you have some extra time. Unfortunately, we did not have a spare minute in our intense itinerary, but also felt quite fulfilled with what we have seen and witnessed during this tour. I would strongly encourage everyone visiting Milan to do this tour. You get to see great highlights of Milan in detail, and learn soooo much from the tour guide!
The guide was very knowledgeable and the first part of the tour was just with my wife and myself. The second part was with another pair. But the small group size was a big plus. Another good thing was doing the 9am departure from Duomo. It is a great idea to arrive 15 minutes early. We ended up walking from the meeting point, getting tickets and getting into the 'skip the line' line... and were the first in the elevator. So we got to see the top of the Duomo mostly on our own (they do let stair climbers up a a little earlier so a few hardy souls were there). Anyhow, I definitely recommend this tour.
Dear LAX11, Many thanks for your kind feedback! :) We are really glad to hear that you enjoyed our Duomo & Sforza Castle Guided Experience. We hope to see you again in Milan (or Florence). Have a great day! :) Italy Hidden Experiences Team
