A perfect way to see Quebec City for those with limited time. We were picked up from our hotel at the exact time and transferred to the bus. The driver and guide (Angela) were great! We had plenty of time to view and enjoy the Falls, and ample free time in Quebec City Old Town after the guided tour. Personally, I did not think the optional boat ride was worth it. The boat just went in slow circles in a small area and it was hard to hear the guide. Spend the time exploring or enjoying Happy Hour. The return trip was also smooth and right on time. Highly recommend!
The tour was good overall, but I think a few things could be improved. It would be helpful to explain clearly at the time of purchase that the portion of the tour after Old Québec is self-guided and that guests will be exploring on their own. Also, since you recommended several places for us to visit, it would be very helpful to provide a clear map or detailed directions for getting to those locations and back to the designated pick up location. Other than that, we enjoyed the tour and had a good experience.
Very glad we did an excursion from Montreal. You will see Quebec in a few hours so fortunately no hotel booked there. Is beautiful historic center and fine to do with this bus trip
We was are staying in Montreal and wanted a day trip to Quebec City. This tour was perfect. Our pick up spot was feet from our hotel. Angela was very sweet and informative. You stop on the way to the falls and Morency falls was also very nice! Quebec City was great. An all around good time.
Well organized, good value for the money. Worthwhile!
Very long trip with very little insight about the things to see except the tour guide in Quebec City . He was great but maybe a microphone would have helped a little with a tour group of 50 people . The pick up from my hotel and drop off were great . I did not car for the main tour guide on the bus , unprofessional and sloppily dressed with holes in his shoes . I don’t know how to avoid such things , it was the luck of the draw I suppose .
It was amazing ! Jerry was very nice and helpful ! The bus was very confortable ! On the boat it was a smooth ride and excellent services
Yang was our guide on the bus. He was friendly, engaging and very helpful to persons with walking limitations . There are a lot of incline walking areas at the waterfalls as well as at Quebec City and these areas can get quite crowded. It might be helpful if each person had individual headphones that was connect ed to their guides microphone so they could hear the guides without having all the background noises like they have on Europe. The waterfall was beautiful and it was exciting to watch the zipliners cross it. The tour guide in Quebec City was too dramatic for me so we went off to explore and enjoy the street perfomers and the shops on our own. It was a long day but worth it!
Be there on time! The App should say to arrive at least 10m before take off ! Bring a lot water and some extra money.
Such a fun tour! Got to go to Montmorency Falls which was really cool and then on to Old Quebec City. Our trip leader was Angela sans she was awesome! Kept everyone on schedule and gave us great information. It’s was the right combination of scheduled items and free time. Old Quebec City was so beautiful! The bus rides went pretty fast all things considered.
