Kyler was our driver and guide. He was great and helped make sure we had a great time, while getting back to the ship in plenty of time. The sloths, monkeys and macaw's were adorable!

It was excellent, Mario the guide was an excellent host. He took his time to shown around and very patient.

The sloth/monkey sanctuary was a great experience for all of us, including the kids. We were given the opportunity to see some cool animals up close and personal and even got tot interact with some of the animals. These interactions were the highlight of the tour for us. The beach break was also very nice and our guides were friendly, helpful and informative.

Darnell was a great tour guide. We were not a fan of the public beach at west bay. So many vendors we couldn't even see the water. They park their boats right on the beach. MJ tours was excellent and we will use them again, but to a private beach next time.

Kyler, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was outstanding and made the entire experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back just to see Kyler again. The price was well worth it for everything you get to do. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide, Kayla, was very knowledgeable and we learned quite a bit of Roatan history from a native Islander’s perspective. This was not our first trip to Roatan. The monkey and sloth sanctuary, which we had done before, was organized but also rushed through. We went to much larger one before but I still enjoyed this one. I’d do again. But, the West Bay Beach was a 100% rip out. Basically, you are paying for a taxi ride. You are brought to a public beach and rent your chairs separately. Then you are saddled with every beach vendor in the world parking themselves in front of you. Between there view and the tips of fishing boats behind them your entire view is swallowed up although you are 5 feet from the water. Especially, disliked the empanada vendor who hawked his pies, thus signaling lunch hour for every other beach vendor in the world. I would never recommend this tour.

If you’re visiting Roatán, do yourself a favor and ask for Susan with MJ Tours! She truly made our day unforgettable. She took our family to the Mayan Jungle and West Bay Beach, and from start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. Susan was incredibly accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. She made us feel like family rather than just another group of tourists. Whether it was adjusting the schedule to fit our needs, sharing local knowledge, or making sure everyone—including the kids—was comfortable and having fun, she exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in everything Susan does. She is an absolute asset to MJ Tours and represents the very best of Honduran hospitality. She deserves a raise for the exceptional service she provides! Thank you, Susan, for helping create memories our family will never forget. We will definitely recommend you to anyone visiting Roatán and will ask for you again on our next trip!

What an amazing time. Roatan itself is beautiful, but our guide Susan made it the best time ever!!!!! She knows the island so well and is friendly and personable.

We had a private experience for our 14 family members (ages ranging from 2-82) and we all had an amazing experience! At the animal sanctuary: the sloths were surprisingly very active, we enjoyed the monkeys jumping from person to person on our heads/shoulders, and we fed the macaws. At the beach: we had good service from the restaurant we ordered lunch from (add’l expense but not required) and enjoyed having easy access to swim in the water and play in the sand. Would do again!
