We had a pleasant experience with Cruise Milford. We were particularly impressed with the team's communication, as they promptly updated us on any changes to our booking (especially important due to the everchanging conditions of Milford Sound) and remained extremely responsive to our queries, via email no less. We'd like to thank Rachida and Lisa for that!
Milford Sound was always on our list as a must see destination whenever we returned to New Zealand. We were picked up from our hotel by Martin from Cheeky Kiwi who was on time and very welcoming. The trip to Milford Sound from Queenstown is a long one, but the interesting and spectacular views at stops along the way, coupled with Martin’s expert knowledge of the area and interesting facts made the journey an easy one. The van we were in was super comfortable too. When we arrived, everything went smoothly. We had Mother Nature at her best with rain and wind but Milford Sound shines in all seasons. Booking through Cruise Milford and them using Cheeky Kiwi as transport and guide was a perfect combination. I highly recommend this tour and if you are as lucky as we were, you will score Martin from Cheeky Kiwi as your engaging and entertaining guide.
We had such a great time with Cruise Milford NZ. Jason from Cheeky Kiwi was our coach driver and guide, and Jason and Amelia were both fantastic. They were fun, friendly and gave us lots of great information along the way. We had some amazing stops and got to see and capture so much of the beautiful New Zealand scenery. The lunch was delicious, and the cruise itself was excellent. It had been raining before we arrived, but luckily it stopped once we got on the cruise. There were waterfalls everywhere! Jason said we were in for a treat because after rain you see so many more waterfalls coming down the mountains than on a bright sunny day, and he was right! We honestly couldn’t fault any of it. The whole tour from start to finish was excellent and was one of the best experiences we had in New Zealand. Thank you so much Jason and Amelia for making the day so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Cruise Milford NZ.
Everything was amazing. Only thing would add if there was hot chocolate included not only coffee. Z z
Great experience, friendly crew. Beautiful scenery, easy parking and check-in. Free coffee and cookies on-board were an added bonus.
We had the most amazing experience from the beginning till the end. Our Driver Sam was exceptional! He truly made our experience special. Our Cruise was spectacular. I highly recommend this company if you want to travel in comfort and safety. They definitely know how to give you the most brilliant experience ever. As for Milford Sound no words can describe how truly surreal this place is.
I booked for a small group tour but ended up going in a big boat. I guess everyone gets into the same boat!
Stunning views well worth going to see. Only negative was the commentation was hard to understand his accent. Good skipper tho
Loved it! Fun afternoon. Amazing views.
Great boat, great experience. We were on the 2.45pm cruise so not so busy. Trip was 1.5hr round trip which was enough. Beautiful weather. Brad was knowledgeable, made sure everyone had the opportunity and time to see the highlights and Lachie was friendly and when asked where was the best spot to sit and spend our time, did not hesitate to answer, front, top, left. $303 for 2 was ok I guess. We stayed at TeAnau on the way back to Queenstown. Glad we made the effort
