Asiatica Travel has organized for us a 15-day tour of Cambodia and Vietnam, customizing it according to our requests. Everything went perfectly, punctuality and precision guaranteed by all the professionals involved. I highly recommend it! A special compliment to Thao who followed us step by step both during the organization and during the trip and who speaks excellent Italian.
The pictures were not exactly like the reality. My cabin was in 1. Floor. There was a lot of noise in general on the boat which usually started at 6:00 in the morning. There is veldog listen between rooms and against the hallway. Remember earplugs. Nice staff, but one really feels that the crew has no place to be so they hang in the bar and dining area. There's twice as much staff on the boat as guests. Nice excursions, I was 2 nights so then you get a whole day. Those I spoke with who had a night on the boat thought it was too little. All in all it was a nice trip, but a little annoying that they not only take more paid per guest to drive all inclusive for it becomes a little annoying to have to pay 70,000 for a cup of tea because dinner was finished 4minutes ago
Amazing experience. Great hospitality, delicious food, lovely people. We also enjoyed to excursions. Every detail was planned and executed with perfection. Alice, took care of us during our stay and she’s an incredibly warm and caring butler. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience for us
We had the most memorable 3 day, 2 night trip on the Stellar of the Seas. We stayed in the executive suite which was beautiful, a huge room with your own sun deck. It was very luxury and much more modern than a lot of the other boats in Halong Bay. The service aboard was immaculate and the attention to detail was impeccable! We would like to give a special thanks to our Butler Alice for her kind hospitality, she thought about everything. She was very friendly and always there to help us or serve us our food and drinks. We loved our time on board and would definitely recommend this boat!
Had a wonderful cruise with on the Stellar of the Seas. We did a 3day-2night tour. The boat was really luxurious and had really good staff service. We had our own butler named Alice who took really good personal care of us. Special thanks to her! The food was also good and their communication about the itinerary was also spot on. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone who want to experience Ha Long Bay under absolute luxury.

The entire experience is pretty amazing from the start wether it is the easy check in or the cool and fast boat ride to the cruise once there the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful we were especially happy to get Eric he is quite nice and understanding of any personal preferences he was incredibly helpful the activity selection is pretty nice here and the handling of the same was very good the staff overall is helpful and nice would recommend this as much as possible.
