The Jazz Cruise was fantastic, great music, great food, and just a great atmosphere. We had the VIP experience and it was well worth. Marlon our guide was truly the highlight of the voyage...He was awesome on so many levels. He was attentive, knowledgeable, organized, and prepared. This a wonderful time!!!

It's very hard to put into words how amazing this experience was. From the history, to the staff, the jazz band, the hospitality, I could go on! Captain Robbie, what an amazing man, 51 years service and so glad I got to meet him, not only that a private tour from engine room, to stern, to bow with so much knowledge! And not to forget, my man Marlon! Without him there is no VIP! This guy knows how to host! From leading us around the boat, to seating area, to keeping us updated. And just when you think I need a drink, he just shows up! Like magic! He really takes that extra mile and makes the whole evening special. To all the staff behind the scenes, I thank you aswell. Everything was outstanding; however, even though we were first to eat, some the food seemed like it was leftover from the lunch trip. I would still highly recommend.

I personally enjoyed the VIP service due to my disability and being able to safely get on the ship in a timely manner without the crowd, our small group felt special and well taken care of.
