This is a lovely cruise where you pass the canals and islands out to the East of Helsinki. There are some areas of interest and the commentary adequately covers this while you have periods of quietness to enjoy the beautiful scenery
Good detail of history and info about the places visited. QR code in detail of respective language was extremely useful although many others were not familiar with this option.
Very disappointed. There were not enough speakers and the volume was too low to be able to hear the recorded narrative. This was nothing more than a boat ride! The rows of seats on the top are too close to be comfortable. I have short legs and I had to sit side ways so my knees would not hit the back of the seats in front of me. The boat condition was OK and the staff were very nice.

Very relaxing, great views of the area and learnt a lot about Helsinki. I particularly liked the views through the canals and the history of the islands.
If you want to hear the recorded information, you need your smart phone and a pair of headphones. This detail isn't anywhere in the ticket purchasing details nor do they tell you at check-in. We couldn't hear most of the new info unless you sit right next to the speakers
It is not a canal tour. Cruises between islands. The market square area is very nice. Lots of tasty snacks nearby

A nice tour of the closest islands surrounding Helsinki. Unfortunately, sitting outside we couldn’t hear the commentary given on the speakers and we weren’t informed that we could have brought headphones.
Very nice 1.5-hour cruise, remember to dress warmly because the temperatures are low at sea and there is wind..

We took the Stromma Helsinki Canal Cruise - while the weather wasn't great (a bit cold and rainy) - the boat ride was very enjoyable. This sightseeing cruise took us from the South Harbor around 62 miles of picturesque coastline that extends out from the city. We cruised through some of the 330 islands that make up the archipelago. This 1.5 hour ride gave us a wonderful view of this amazing city. Highly recommend!

Could not hear the recorded commentary during the cruise. Guests were seated at tables and very loud conversation was occurring throughout the trip. No attempt was made by the staff to ask guests to lower noise so that recorded commentary could be heard. There really wasn’t any interaction with staff unless you wanted to buy beverages. I would not recommend this tour.
