Never book with viator got very bad experience. We booked a cruise for one evening at 7:00 pm. When we reached there no sign of any cancellation or we got any email saying the cities got cancelled. We try to call and email no response at all. We also email for our refund but response yet Is better do not book at all for the any event, try to do once u go there . Viator have not taken any responsibility yet, no text no email no call received. Is very sad our special evening got ruined because of them at last minute. Even there was no sign at the entrance the cruise got cancelled for Wednesday 09/092026 at 7:00 pm. Hope viator give our ticket refund.

Appeals to the masses. Sunset cruise that was just okay. They cruised up to the Parliament Building first when the lights weren't on yet, then turned around and went back down the river. If they had done the opposite way it would have been better as by the end all the night lights were on. They did have some nice music, but we were outside the whole time so couldn't really here it.

Nice experience, especially with music and dance. For a really good view, you might find a better boat. But in terms of atmosphere and experience, it is unique.

Asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. We chose outside, unfortunately they did not ask if we wanted smoking or non smoking. A little while into the cruise and when all the, rather uncomfortable seats had been taken, we discovered we were on the smoking side. The trip was then tainted by a group of chain smokers who sat next to us. This definitely should have been mentioned when we were guided to our seats.

Punctual, nice, excellent price and quality, attentive and polite staff. Everything went very well.

It’s basically a boat ride with a drink which was nice. Don’t expect them to tell you about anything (again, which is ok). The only frustrating part was the fact that not everyone got seats outside. You either stood outside, got seats (limited availability) or stood.

We were on the drink only one drink ticket and they segregate you to one spot on boat. The river was low and the 1 1/2 hour boat ride inched along very slowly. We did not view the parliament building when the lights were on. I wouldn’t do this trip again.

We had such a great time on this boat cruise. Given a glass of prosecco upon boarding was a plus. We saw all the amazing sights on the bank of the Danube from the river itself - it was so peaceful, and the gorgeous lit up buildings like the Parliament and Buda Castle were highlights. Once we saw those main highlights we went inside the historic seeming ship to get some wine, and while we sat down we were serenaded by string musicians. Then a pair dressed in classic Hungarian garb danced for everyone. It was so lively, and everyone was having a great time, and it definitely made our first night in the city special.

Super cool experience! We are a group of friends on Interrail, and we had a super good time with this! There was a welcome drink and live music and dancing! Great experience! The crew on the cruise was also super nice! Can be recommended!
