Lovely sunset cruise! They timed it well and we got some nice, scenic views. The service was very nice and included a free snack and some tea. The boat was not too crowded. Enjoyed the experience and the opportunity to escape the crowds in the city.
The tour itself is ok. But the problem is info about the exact location. The address they gave is a street facing the boat quay, not an exact location. We have reached the place about 45 min earlier, asking everyone at the Boat Quay, but nobody knows the correct location. I have sent messages through the viator, but no one responded. Finally we saw a boat taking in passengers, rushed to them, and that was our boat. There were no signs. We almost missed it even though we reached the place much earlier
Thank you for your feedback, and I'm really sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the meeting point. That is why we gave meeting point in front of restaurant. All of our guests have arrived on the time except for you and we couldnt reach you by whatsup as well. We are glad that you find the boat before departure and will be happy to see you again at istanbul.
