Los guías irán vestidos con camisetas rojas con el logotipo de Xcaret en la espalda para facilitar su identificación. Los guías dirán el nombre del tour en voz alta. - Al momento de su recogida, por favor presente su comprobante impreso o digital e identificación con fotografía para abordar el autobús para obtener una pulsera para ingresar al parque. - El servicio de transporte no es privado por lo que compartirá el autobús con algunos otros visitantes de Grupo Xcaret.

First of all Paulette from Mexico travel solutions is WONDERFUL!! She was always attentive, kind, helpful and polite returning messages day and night very quickly, the problem was the company who manages the catamaran to/from isla mujeres the food buffet at isla mujeres was awful,drinks terrible there were photographers taking pictures of all the tourists during the day and on the way back to Cancun they sold my son a package of “digital pictures” that never were sent to his email , contacted Paulette and with her help we were able to finally get those pictures, I doubt we will get any without her help , then on the way back to our hotel there were 10 adults, one baby and a stroller inside the van that was taking all of us to different hotels, the only positive experience was the trip in the catamaran. We reserved a private transportation vehicle from Mexico travel solutions from airport/hotel/airport and it was a super nice experience. Tona Cruz was so great to work with. He was attentive to our needs and accessible all the time. Our transfer from the airport to the hotel ran very smooth, as well as our catamaran excursion that he coordinated on our behalf. The best way to stay in touch is through WhatsApp!

Irma Barradas with MTS arranged a ride from the airport to the hotel, super smooth, she also recommended the Isla Mujeres boat cruise, it was an amazing day! Everything was taken care of, even transportation to and from the beach. It was a perfect day!

I had the most amazing time Irma Barradas was my representative. She did an amazing job. She helped me book a transportation for my friend from the airport, which was very successful safe and appreciated. She also informed me of this tour out to Isla M and it was spectacular. She told me that it was safe and calm and comfortable, which it was because I was also going through medical procedures at the time she was very accommodating thank you so much. The crew on the boat was also absolutely splendid very friendly very accommodating. I had a great time I would highly recommend this service. ❤️
