Deja tus preocupaciones en tierra. El Oasis ofrece vistas al atardecer, melodías de la isla, luces led y asientos de lujo para un máximo de 30 huéspedes. Construido a medida para traer el mejor crucero estilo Jimmy Buffet a usted. La construcción del Oasis terminó en enero de 2024, lo que lo convierte en el último y más grande barco tiki en el puerto. Cuando tienes que echar un vistazo al tiki hay un baño totalmente cerrado y privado con un inodoro eléctrico. Relájese a la sombra bajo nuestro techo de paja Tiki, o siéntese al frente para tomar un poco de sol y trabajar en su bronceado. Cuando el sol se pone, baila bajo las luces led y muévete a los sonidos de nuestro sistema de sonido envolvente Oasis. We had a great time on the sunset cruise. Cole was an excellent first mate and kept us entertained. They have awesome props to take photos with as well. They had ice to keep our drinks cold and they have a bathroom! We will use them again for sure.
For just $70, this was hands down one of the best cruises we’ve ever been on! 🌅🍹 We cruised through some absolutely beautiful scenery, spotted dolphins swimming in the wild (which never gets old), and soaked up an awesome sunset. The vibe on the boat was relaxed, fun, and full of laughs. A huge shoutout to Captain Jeff, Matt, and Cadence these three kept everyone entertained and made the trip feel like we were hanging out with old friends. If they offered frequent flyer miles for tiki cruises, I’d probably qualify by the end of the summer. 😂 If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and book the Oasis Sunset Tiki Cruise. Great views, great people, great memories and yes, the dolphins definitely understood the assignment! 🐬🌴🍹

I was back and forth about whether to book this cruise. I spoke in the phone with Corey, at first he seemed really friendly and kind. As I worked out the details to get to the tour, I accidentally texted Corey through the business line instead of a friend at our resort. He called twice to convince me to book the trip. We decided to go for it and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my son locked our keys in the trunk of our rental car. When I called to see if it was possible to reschedule, Corey spoke to me in a condescending tone mocking my name as he recalled our earlier conversations. Of course I was incredibly disappointed about being stuck waiting for a locksmith and having to miss an expensive trip.. but the reason I’m giving one star was because of the condescending tone when I called upset to let them know about cancelling our trip, his lack of empathy when he said “there’s still time for you to come!” and then ended the conversation with “have a blessed day.”

We're sorry to hear that circumstances prevented you and your family from joining us, especially after you had been looking forward to the trip. We understand how frustrating it can be when unexpected situations arise while traveling, and locking keys in a vehicle can certainly create a stressful day. While both our cancellation policy and the third-party booking agent Viator (that you booked through) is clearly outlined at the time of booking and applies to all guests, we always strive to treat everyone with courtesy and respect during those situations. We're disappointed to hear that the conversation came across as lacking empathy or sounded condescending, as that was certainly not the intention. We do not have a Corey that works with us, but I believe you were talking to our charter manager. When he mentioned there was still time to make the trip, it was simply an attempt to see if there was any possibility of salvaging your reservation and helping your family enjoy the experience you had planned. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our guest communications. We wish you and your family the very best and hope that if your travels bring you back to Punta Gorda in the future, you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the experience we are known for.
