As this was a shared cruise, we follow a carefully planned itinerary and schedule in order to provide the experience that has been promised to all guests on board. Every stop is timed to allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy each location while ensuring that the cruise runs smoothly for the entire group. Regarding the swimming stops, during your cruise you chose to swim only at Red Beach. At both Mesa Pigadia Beach and the Hot Springs, where the boat remained for over 30 minutes at each location, you decided not to enter the water. These two stops are intentionally longer, as they are generally our guests' favorite swimming locations due to the calmer waters and the unique volcanic landscape. We would also like to mention that any instructions given by our crew are never intended to make guests feel controlled. Safety is, and will always remain, our highest priority. Being at sea requires certain procedures and guidelines to ensure that everyone enjoys the experience safely, especially since many of our guests may not be familiar with swimming in open water or sailing conditions. Our crew monitors the group simply to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable throughout the cruise. As local professionals who operate these cruises every day, our captains and crew have extensive knowledge of the island, the sea conditions, and the best way to organize each stop for the enjoyment and safety of all guests. If anything ever feels unclear during the cruise, we always encourage guests to speak with our crew, who are more than happy to explain the itinerary, answer questions, and accommodate requests whenever possible. Nous souhaiterions toutefois apporter quelques précisions qui pourront être utiles aux futurs voyageurs lisant votre commentaire. Il s'agissait d'une croisière partagée ; nous suivons donc un itinéraire et un programme précis afin de respecter l'expérience annoncée et d'offrir à tous les passagers les mêmes arrêts et le même temps à chaque escale. Concernant les baignades, lors de votre croisière, vous avez choisi de vous baigner uniquement à Red Beach. Aux deux autres arrêts, Mesa Pigadia Beach ainsi qu'aux sources chaudes, où le bateau est resté plus de 30 minutes à chaque fois, vous avez préféré ne pas entrer dans l'eau. Ces deux escales sont volontairement plus longues, car elles sont généralement les plus appréciées de nos passagers grâce à leurs eaux plus calmes et au paysage volcanique unique qu'elles offrent. Nous souhaitons également préciser que les consignes données par notre équipage ne visent jamais à exercer un contrôle sur nos passagers. Elles ont uniquement pour objectif d'assurer la sécurité de chacun. En mer, certaines règles sont indispensables afin que tous puissent profiter de l'expérience en toute sécurité, d'autant plus que de nombreux voyageurs ne sont pas habitués à naviguer ou à nager en pleine mer. Notre équipage veille simplement à ce que chaque personne soit en sécurité et profite pleinement de la croisière. En tant qu'habitants de Santorin et professionnels naviguant quotidiennement dans cette région, notre capitaine et notre équipage connaissent parfaitement les conditions de mer ainsi que les meilleurs endroits où s'arrêter. Si un point de l'itinéraire ou de l'organisation vous semble incertain pendant la croisière, nous encourageons toujours nos passagers à échanger directement avec l'équipage. Nous serons toujours ravis de répondre aux questions, d'expliquer nos choix et, lorsque cela est possible, de nous adapter aux demandes de nos invités.
