Bad experience, ticket from this site is a scam , it’s better to go as walk in customer and purchase the tickets onboard ,, I booked privet dinner with unlimited drinks,, but once onboard they said we don’t have such a thing

Before your tour, we informed you of this and offered two options: join our partner boat with its stated inclusions (including 2 complimentary local alcoholic drinks) or receive a 100% refund. You immediately chose to accept the partner boat. Even so, our team provided additional complimentary hospitality onboard to make your evening more enjoyable. We always explain any changes in advance and let our guests decide before the tour begins. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
It was fantastic, the various performances, the transfer worked very well, the food was also satisfactory.

The food is not great nor the wine. The experience of meeting new people was the best. The harbor is beautiful at night. The blonde dancer was good.

We had a great experience on the boat. The foot was hot , the drinks were constantly being filled up, we had a really good waiter. The dancers and entertainment were fantastic , a really good evening had by all.

They did not pick me up! They stopped responding when i said it was getting too late. I reported to Viator that i wanted a refund, and suddenly they are asking to rebook.

This was different than anticipated, but it was a fairly cheap experience and I think I probably got what I paid for. On the good side, the sights and lights of a night on the bosphorous were great, and we had access to the top deck rear of the boat to see things. The waiting staff were efficient and kind and looked after the table well. On the not good, the eating area on the lower deck was tightly packed, and noisy. The food was very average to poor. The entre just a spoonful of each of about 5 different pastes or hummus. The fish main was dry and unseasoned and the desert that I had was a piece of baklava. The drinks were plentiful, but low quality. The entertainment area was a gap between the tables such that half the people had their backs to the dancers, and once a few people stood up, you really couldn't see anything. I got a few good photos of the bosphorous at night, but it's probably better to take an evening cruise, or even catch a ferry and then go out for a nicer meal.

Very busy. Lots of people, lots of atmosphere! Everything went smoothly! Socializing with people from other continents was great! We barely had time to look outside….

Overall, it was a great experience. The views of the bridge are amazing. The food was interesting but good. The dancing was really great. The music got to be alittle loud after a while. The pick up time was a bit messy. We were told one time and then it changed at the last minute.

The hotel pickup was late for an hour, we waited under the snow for an hour. The boat supposed to leave the port by 8:45pm, but it departed at 9:30pm. Some of the passengers left the boat after waiting for long time. However, the performances onboard are awesome.
