The tour was amazing! The bus picked us up in a timely fashion, right out front of our hotel. The bus has comfortable reclining seats and GOOD AC! Water was included, and the guides spoke English so i never felt like I wasn’t getting all the information. Price was reasonable for the 2 1/2 hour bus ride to and from the port, and one overnight stay on a luxury cruise! On the cruise, the staff were so welcoming and attentive. They were very clear on the itinerary and I never felt rushed. The food was excellent, and the views from the room were unmatched. I loved every minute of this experience. The only thing that was less than ideal, was the amount of rubbish in the water. Really sad how much pollution is in the waters around here. But the staff did their best with keeping the ship in a bay where it wasn’t as dense with trash so the views were still stunning and tropical.
Everyone is very enthusiastic with the passengers. The bus is very clean and nice. No rush or hurry or try to hustle us at all. 5 stars for them!!!
I really enjoyed the delicious food and cooking practice. The view was good and beautiful!!
Very good cruise and Cruise members. We definetely enjoy our stay on the boat. The rooms are just lovely. The service was nice and smooth from the pickup to the drop off in Hanoi. Thanks to our guides Alex and Bruce Lee.
Very nice experience and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this experience if you are coming to Vietnam. Special thanks to Bruce Lee!
Great service. The pick up was perfectly on time, the price proportionate to the service: the van had aircon, massage seats, wifi, ample space for legs. Lee, our travel coordinator was superb: prepared, kind, and told us lots of funny jokes on the way and back. I highly recommend this service.
Great guide and smooth bus ride!
I feel that this experience is calculated at this price, various experiences are also very attentive, play water will be added to the towel
No problem. Comfortable and above par The English of the guide is easy to hear and friendly
Everything about the cruise was very well done. They gave us a free upgrade to their more modern ship Azura. Also, my son left his wallet in the safe and they delivered it to us in Hanoi. They also did a really good job celebrating our son’s birthday. We stayed 2 nights. But we were the only ones. Everyone else did just one night. There is a small boat that takes people to and from the ship, depending on how many nights they stay. So one night is enough. You don’t see anything different or go anywhere new on the second day. You just have more time to do an additional excursion which is an all day boat trip to do a bike ride on land and kayak or swim. But you have to leave the big ship for the whole day. The day boat was also really nice. The ship is very modern and the dinners were all Western food. They are very elaborate and fine dining, but if you want a more Vietnamese experience with fine dining local style and a more Asian style boat, you might want to look for a different cruise. There are so many to choose from. But if you like modern/luxury style and Western food, this is a great choice.
