Very relaxing cruise. Everything was well organized. The staff was receptive and helpful. Not one of the bigger boats, about 20 cabins or 40 people total. Buffet style lunch was good. The set menu for dinner was western and not as good though. Recommend upgrading to the executive cabin which was quite spacious with excellent views.
We had a fantastic time. Nancy was a fabulous tour guide!

Our trip to Ha Long Bay was wonderful. From the transport, the service, and the food to the activities, everything went smoothly, and we were looked after with great care. We had a fantastic room with a magnificent view. During the canoe and bamboo boat excursion, we were lucky enough to spot langurs in the distance. Thank you to Lee, Quok, John, Tom, Nancy, and the entire crew. We are pleased that a portion of the fees is being used to collect plastic waste in the national park.

Great experience! Our guide John and his team were welcoming and very accommodating. They upgraded our room without us asking because they noticed I booked a Jr suite for 3 people. Our room ended up fitting us very comfortably. The food was delicious and the views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this experience.
Incredible experience! John was a great cruise director. The tour was very professional, kayaking excursion was very special, food was great (very accommodating of vegetarians!) and they upgraded our room for free. Would definitely recommend!
A lovely boat and kind and helpful staff. The rooms were clean & spacious. Food was varied plentiful with alternative options for kids if you want. The activities are fun easy for families to get involved. Do the 2 nights for a more varied experience. We were a family of 5 so had booked 2 adjoining room, however the door was blocked by the 3rd bed so in reality just book 2 rooms for larger groups. Also the TV & Wifi don’t work so if you need this ensure you have your own plan.
