We booked an Istanbul Bosphorus Dinner Cruise with Touronic, and everything was wonderful from start to finish. Our guide, Mamed, took great care of us throughout the entire experience. From the moment the transfer began until the end of the cruise, he stayed in contact by phone and also came to check on us personally several times. We were so pleased that we later booked a city tour with him as well, and once again, everything went perfectly. The transfer arrived on time, the organization was excellent, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. Many thanks to Mamed and the entire Touronic team for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

It's the most lackluster, okay your experience. The best thing is the performers. The whole experience was chaotic and disorganized. The pick up was on time, but getting everyone on the boat and seated was a stressful mess. The process delayed everything that we didn't get underway until after 9pm. I was traveling alone, and was seated by myself, went outside to come back and find someone now at my table. And she took over the table, pushing her plates and glasses onto my side that I physically couldn't use the table. My waiter was inconvenienced to refill my water glass, and shocked that I had the audacity to ask for a second soft drink. He was most concerned about taking care of women who didn't have a wedding ring on. And despite placing the horrible woman at my table, he couldn't care less, and flung my dinner plate down in front of me. The food....eat before hand it's a disgusting representation of what Turkish food is. They show you photos of meal options and the food doesn't match the photos. The food was the worst part (and there was a lot of low moments) of the cruise.

We had a fantastic time on this Bosphorus dinner cruise. Seeing Istanbul’s bridges, palaces, and mosques lit up at night from the water was absolutely beautiful and made for an unforgettable evening. The food was good, the Turkish entertainment was fun and lively, and the atmosphere was great throughout the cruise. The pickup and drop-off service was also excellent, everything was well organized, on time, and made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a wonderful way to spend an evening and experience the beauty of the city from the Bosphorus.

Do not book this tour On the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, I experienced an incident that was not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. During the show, a saxophone player deliberately placed his instrument directly into my ear and blew with full force, apparently because I was momentarily checking my phone. This reckless act left me with hearing loss, headaches, nausea, and vomiting. When I reported this to tour guides, they offered no assistance and showed no concern for my medical wellbeing. The tour began an hour and half late yet finished on time so only 50% of the tour actually occurred,

They always made sure we were kept informed and updated. Communicated on WhatsApp before collection from hotel. The views were spectacular make sure you take lots of pictures and videos. Entertainment was great, food was a bit boring, but we expected this and ate before the Cruise.
