One of the best experiences we have ever had. I booked the marriage proposal table. We had private chauffeur pick us up and walk us to the door. Staff were very welcoming. We were seated at our table first and Staff were very helpful and organised. The table was front and center with an amazing view and the table and elegantly decorated, staff were very attentive to everyone and us. The cruise views were spectacular. They spoke to me in advance of the booking to make arrangements. The drinks, the meal and the cruise was perfection 10/10. The photographer got around to everyone and provided professional prints within 20 minutes. The proposal was perfect, my now fiance said it was like a movie. The lovley Staff took my ring and at the end by the sparkling Eiffel tower they got the photographer and violinist and provided the ring and sparklers on plates. The staff took an amazing video which my fiance cant stop watching. We got a platter of desserts including the cake and desserts. Reccomend to anyone for proposals, anniversaries, celebrations. Best experience ever. Considering coming back after the wedding and for every anniversary. Thank you all staff for an experience we will never forget.
Really exceeding my expectations. Pre-booking Started off worried and staff not being accommodative as we were vegetarian and do not drink alcohol. After some communication and feedback this improved. I was still nervous as I want perfection for my wife’s birthday and wanted the best. I really got that and BM really exceeded my expectations by giving my wife the best & most memorable birthday. I had the best seat in the house, great service, food was good, tasty and good portions, worth the money paid. Staff and treatment I received was above an beyond.
