Our excursion with this company was absolutely amazing!! It was super easy to book and they remained in contact with us up until the day of the excursion, so we would know what to expect. Our family of 12 fit very comfortably in our van with A/C. Our guide knew what we would like to do, even when we didn't quite know what we wanted to do. Lol Ozzy and Chewy were absolutely amazing and took great care of us the entire time. Also, they were very knowledgeable about everything. I definitely would recommend booking this excursion and avoid cruise lines over priced excursions, then you get a little bit of everything.

Ozzy and Chewy was awesome! They provided us with a safe authentic experience. They showed us beautiful places and provided many options. They took us to a place that allowed us to make our own candle, chocolate, salsa, and tortilla. 10 out of 10 stars!!!!

Wow!! From days before the tour to the very last second, this was a wonderful experience. Our original plans cancelled on us about 24 hours before we started our vacation. So we booked this tour and I am so glad we did :-) We had an absolutely incredible experience on our Jeep tour in Cozumel! From start to finish, it was a highlight of our cruise. Our guide, Aldiar, was simply outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the island’s history, culture, and hidden gems, and you could tell he genuinely loves sharing Cozumel with his guests. Instead of just taking us to the typical tourist stops, he showed us some amazing local spots that we never would have found on our own. One of our favorite moments was when he took us to a local convenience store so we could grab authentic snacks. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel like we were experiencing the island like locals rather than just tourists. Aldiar was friendly, professional, funny, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time throughout the day. His recommendations were spot on, and his passion for Cozumel made the entire experience even more special. If you’re considering a Jeep tour in Cozumel, don’t hesitate—book it! And if you’re lucky enough to have Aldiar as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable day. We can’t recommend him highly enough and would absolutely do this tour again!

Ricky and his driver do not disappoint! From the outset communication was seamless for pickup near the Disney Cruise Terminal. Recognizing the configuration of our travel party, Ricky quickly made suggestions for activities and sights that were accommodating. We ended with a local meal. This group is first class!

Jesus was so friendly. He gave us great information and history as we toured around. He gave us plenty of options for activities and even took photos that he shared with us. Excellent excursion.

We had an amazing day with our guide, Diego. He took us to some local spots, which is what we love on vacations. A local market, chocolate factory, and across the island for the most amazing mojito ever. We went to the ruins and also had an amazing lunch. He was so knowledgeable about the island. I cannot recommend this trip and especially Diego enough. We had an amazing day! I would 100% book this again!

Organized and timely communication. We loved our guide, Diego, who shared so much information about the island. Also had great recommendations of places to visit instead of the typical tourist-y destinations. We enjoyed the chocolate tasting at a family-owned chocolate factory, as well as the honey tasting at a bee sanctuary. These places were not on the shore excursions options from the cruise ship. We wouldnt have known about them without our guide. We truly enjoyed our final stop at the beach- considering there were 3 cruise ships on the island, our beach was not crowded at all! The food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Diego knew so many locals and was genuinely nice to everyone. We had plenty of time to get back on the ship. Highly recommend booking this private tour!

Aldairo and Jesus were amazing tour guides. They were knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. They were also very helpful with family members in wheelchairs.

Amazing!! Our tour guides were fantastic! So friendly, kind, attentive, listened to what we wanted and provided some history. We had a great time and did everything we wanted and even more that we didn’t even know we wanted. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful tour guide, Aldair. He was knowledgeable and made the experience fun. One thing I wish would have known is that many area attractions were closed (on Sundays) WELL IN ADVANCE on the island so I could have switched my time/day on this experience with another that was less about businesses being open or locations. The business did let me know a day before but not enough time to reschedule what was already planned 24 hrs before. That said, it was a lovely time- an open air Jeep would have been neat too.
