This was super awesome, I loved the history and the tour guide was really knowledgeable. It was super far from the port, so we lost a lot of time at the beach. It was very pleasant.
Carlos and Diego the driver were amazing during this experience! It was very simple to find our way from our port to their company and the ride was very seamless.
Bus had issues but was quickly replaced with a bus with working AC! Restaurant place was nice with great service!
Really great experience, loved our guide carlos
Overall very disappointing. The directions were very confusing to the meeting place. It was not simple to find. We waited a while to get on our bus for our tour. Once we got to the Mayan ruins, we were rushed through the whole experience because the tour was running behind and trying to get people back to port. The tour guide didn't wait for everyone to arrive at each ruin before he began to share the history of the ruin. He spoke fast and rushed everyone through photos to get us to the next ruin. As we got back on the bus we were told that we would not have time to go to the beach and lunch (at this point it was late in the day and we hadn't eaten lunch yet expect some chips at the ruins since we were starving). So, we went back to port missing the beach and the lunch portion of the tour. This was the first week of June 2026 and we still haven't received a refund for the beach/lunch even though we were told by management we would receive one.
Meeting location easy to get to. Guide was knowledgeable about the culture and entertaining. Kept us in the shaded areas as much as possible which was helpful. Bus had AC and cold drinks provided. Lunch was simple but perfect right before beach.
This excursion was wonderful. Tour guides were knowledgeable and transportation vehicle was air conditioned. The Beach was crowded but not too crowded.
Great communication, tour guide and driver were amazing, lunch option was delicious. Beach lunch was right on beautiful beach access and local shops if interested in buying local souvenirs.
Excursion was super fun, thanks to our tour guide Gabriel who made this the best! Thank you so much for hosting a wonderful tour
