This was very fun. I would definitely recommend being in shape. There is a significant amount of hiking and inclines to complete inbetween ziplines. We did about 10 ziplines. It was 100% worth it. The staff was great and very kind. I highly recommend.
Hello Erin Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the ziplining and found it worth it. Your note about the hiking and inclines is very helpful for future guests. I appreciate your kind words about our staff and your recommendation. Kind regards Jean Morales
We took 4 day trips with summer travel and they were all amazing. The trip to Monteverde was incredible. We hiked with a guide from Summer Travel and saw yhe awesome views from the hanging bridges. Our guide, Hairol, is extremely knowledgeable about the flora & fauna of Costa Rica and we learned a lot. The zipline experience is incredible. Lunch at the restaurant was fine. Overall, it was a great day.
Dear guests, Thank you very much for your comments, we take into account every opinion to continue offering a good tourist service. We hope to see you again in our beautiful Costa Rica. Thank you very much for preferring our services. Best regards,
I wish we had more than one hour to rush, yes rush, through the hanging bridges. I don’t feel like I got to just soak in the experience. The place was amazingly beautiful and peaceful but we didn’t have the time to just enjoy it.
Dear Customer, We thank you for your comment, and we take into account your opinion to improve, we have already indicated to the guide that he must take the necessary breaks so that the clients can enjoy each place. However, we verified the total duration of your tour and according to our operations report you completed the tour in the time stipulated by the description of each service. Best regards,
We have had a very nice experience, the canopy tour was very nice and additionally the suspension bridges are a marvel of engineering, it is possible to see some animals, our guide did not help all the time to walk and see animals in this area, but especially we really liked to see the monkeys resting in the top of the trees, on the clouds, it was very special and exciting, certainly a wonderful experience for me and my young children, who have enjoyed very much and will return to Switzerland very happy. Thank you so much!
Muchas gracias por sus buenos comentarios, son muy importantes para nosotros. Saludos cordiales,
Monteverde is AMAZING, don't get me wrong. However, this tour company posts that this is a tour. This isn't a tour. This is a private transport. I had no guide on my "tour" though the website said I would have a professional guide. I had a taxi driver (who was very nice, by the way), but not a professional guide. Upon arrival, I did the zipline, canopy walk, and ate lunch. These things were arranged for me, yes, but there was no guide. No official tour by any means. If you want an actual tour, make sure you book with a company that will deliver just that or book through the park itself, is my guess. They also made me book a private tour at a higher prices because I was a solo traveler. I paid WAY too much for a solo trip. Should've driven a car up there myself. Hoping to get some of my money back from this "tour."
Dear Amy. I am very sorry that the experience you were expecting was not the best. Your guide, Flory, was not just a cab driver, she is a certified ICT tour guide. Additionally, we cannot force anyone to buy anything, we offer the options and you are the one who chooses. We are continually working to improve the customer experience. We regret not meeting your expectations, your feedback is very important to us. Best regards,
