La cascada de los jardines de la Paz es la atracción ecológica #1 más visitada de la reserva privada de Costa Rica, le ofrece los mejores senderos cerca de San José. Las cascadas más famosas en Costa Rica, incluye las cascadas de La Paz, un santuario de vida salvaje con más de 100 especies de animales y programas de educación ambiental. Cinco cascadas, bosques nubosos y la selva tropical, senderos, aviario con 40 especies de aves. Alimente tucanes en la palma de la mano, huicocos, exposición de insectos, el jardín de mariposas con su laboratorio, 2 perezosos, monos carablanca o capuchinos, monos araña, jardín de colibríes con más de 26 especies que se han documentado, alimente colibríes en la palma de la mano en las mañanas y tardes, el serpentario, jaguares, pumas, ocelotes, tigrillos, cauceles, casa de la paz con un área de animales domésticos y carro con bueyes. Reúnase con su guía en el lobby de su hotel, suba a su vehículo de traslado y diríjase a los jardines de la cascada de La Paz. Visite diez exhibiciones de animales para ver criaturas fascinantes, como mariposas, monos, sapos, serpientes, pájaros exóticos e incluso felinos de la selva que deambulan por el lugar. Haga una caminata de intensidad moderada a los jardines de la cascada de La Paz, un exuberante espacio verde donde la biodiversidad está muy presente. Camina por el sendero pavimentado de 3 kilómetros, que te llevará a la base de la cascada de La Paz. Este parque ecológico, con una altura que varía entre 1,200 y 1,500 metros (4,000 a 5,000 pies), alberga una gran variedad de especies de plantas y vida silvestre. We visited a local coffee farm and stopped at a strawberry store before the animal rescue and water fall walk. Seeing the park was the highlight and an excellent lunch. Mario was are guide with a great driver he even stopped for a sloth in the trees.

Experience was amazing. Fantastic place to visit and lots to see. Be prepared for a lot of stairs and be sure to have a ride out

Everything about the trip was fantastic! We were picked up on time and immediately handed a bottle of water. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. He shared great information about the plants and animals, and was engaging in all of our locations. Sharing information while keeping kids and older adults excited and interested is a gift, and Mario definitely has that gift!

Wonderful tour but only saw rescue animals and none in the wild which I was hoping for. The waterfall was spectacular.

This was a great trip. It was great to be picked up at our hotel. The guide was very knowledgeable. He shared a lot along the way to the gardens. They stopped along the way to purchase food, gifts and coffee. The Garden was beautiful but it rained the whole time. I didn't feel confident in the rain to hike the waterfall. The included buffet was good!

My visit to the beautiful bird park in Costa Rica was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Walking through the lush tropical surroundings while seeing so many colourful and exotic birds up close felt truly magical. The park was peaceful, well maintained, and beautifully designed to reflect the birds’ natural environment. I especially enjoyed observing the vibrant toucans, parrots, macaws, and other native species while learning more about Costa Rica’s incredible wildlife and conservation efforts. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about protecting the animals. Their care and dedication made the experience even more meaningful. It was the perfect combination of nature, education, and relaxation, and one of the highlights of my trip to Costa Rica. I highly recommend this experience to wildlife lovers, photographers, families, and anyone who appreciates the beauty of nature.
