A diferencia de las clases de cocina estándar, esta experiencia tiene lugar dentro de una panadería parisina real, no en un aula. Con solo ocho participantes, disfrutarás de la orientación directa y práctica de un panadero Francés profesional que comparte técnicas prácticas e historias internas. No solo verás: darás forma a la masa, laminarás pasteles y probarás una variedad de panes y pasteles mientras aprendes la historia y los secretos detrás de ellos. Desde descubrir por qué la baguette es un símbolo cultural Francés hasta descubrir los sorprendentes orígenes del croissant, cada detalle añade profundidad a su experiencia. Al final, te irás con tus propias creaciones recién horneadas, además del conocimiento y la confianza para traer auténticos sabores Franceses a tu propia cocina mucho después de tu viaje.

Yeju was an incredible instructor. She was very thorough in her explanation of the history of the baked items, and she was very patient with teaching how to make the baked items. She also made the class very enjoyable with her joyful demeanor and cheerful banter. She tries to get to know the participants and makes the class a welcoming environment.
Yeju is so fun! We loved our time with her and the other group!
If you happen to go to the bakery we went to….. if your physically challenged you will not be able to get down very narrow staircase to kitchen. You have to get to bakery yourself, transportation not included. Very educational, what you bake is delicious. Expensive.
It was great in the knowledge that was gained. You don’t know what you think you know. The baker was very knowledgeable and kind. I’m torn about this price. Because knowledge is priceless. But, you had to get there on your own which was far from where we are staying. There is no restroom. Be sure to use it before the class and not one close. We did get to take what we baked. We were told the price of the ingredients. So I would say $100 per person for a quick 2 hours is very expensive. We did an all day tour for this price. It was cooler there than what I read on other reviews was not uncomfortable at all. And of course you WOULD NOT HAVE A FAN WITH ALL THE open FLOUR around. Very enjoyable. Just priced high. Oh narrow very narrow steps to kitchen if you are physically challenged this will be a problem.
Yeju was AWESOME!!!! We took this class with 2 kids and 2 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Yeju was very knowledgeable and shared so much lovely information. She made sure we could all participate and explained everything well. So much fun!!
Really great class. Fun and the kids really enjoyed it. Temi was awesome and made the class a lot of fun. We ended up being the only 4 people in the class which was also nice. Would recommend
