Descripción
Después de una breve explicación de los platos y sus orígenes, cocinamos durante 2 a 3 horas y luego disfrutamos del almuerzo o la cena con un poco de vino local. Trabajamos en grupo, pero estarás involucrado en cada paso vital del proceso de preparación, al final deberías poder recrear los mismos platos en casa. Estamos encantados de adaptarnos a las restricciones alimenticias si es vegetariano, intolerante al gluten, a la lactosa o tiene alguna otra alergia, solo háganoslo saber en el momento de la reserva y nos adaptaremos en la medida de lo posible. We had a great time cooking with ayse, we loved making the traditional dishes and then getting to eat them after. Going to the market was interesting. The whole experience was really informative and hands-on, and fun. Thank you so much ayse
We learned a lot, but mostly had a ton of fun with the chef, learning to cook new foods, and enjoying lunch together! If I ever come back, I am coming here!
Ozlem is a wonderful host, witty and knowledgeable. It’s much more than a cookery class. It really did feel like we were part of the family. They were so kind to us! We had so much fun exploring the shops together first, gathering spices and vegetables, and then cooking together. The food we cooked and enjoyed was the best we had! I can’t begin to describe how delicious each and every item was. Can highly recommend!!
We'd been wanting to try a cooking class in Istanbul to get a closer look at Turkish cuisine, and this one was absolutely the right choice! We had so much fun, learned a lot and left with very full and satisfied stomachs. This was a brilliant way to dive deeper into culture, and our host, Ayse, was so friendly and opened a window into her culture, making the experience feel intimate and special. We received helpful tips, learned techniques, and found ourselves fully immersed in the flavors and atmosphere she created. This was the best thing we did in our Trip!! Highly recommended!
We had so fun learning to make the traditional dishes. The kitchen is clean, and everyone took great care to make us feel right at home. Ozlem was especially nice and eager to share Turkish culture. All in all, the results were SO delicious!!

The cooking class here was the highlight of our trip! We had cooking classes in other countries, and this one met our expectations. To experience the market shopping for fresh produce that we then prepared, cooked, and, best of all, ate was a great, authentic touch. Will definitely come back again!
This was a really enjoyable and informative cooking class and lunch! We booked one day before, and had great communication. We first went to the market to get the ingredients and then prepared Karniyarik, Sarma, and 2 starters. All were so tasty! What a wonderful time we had, and then sitting down to such a delicious meal. Would definitely do another class if back in Turkey.
A wonderful place, full of beauty, delights, and delicious food. That was great to learn more about many of the dishes and sweets I had already eaten up to this point on my excursion in Turkey. My friend and I booked the cooking class, and it was the highlight of our Turkish trip. Ozlem welcomed us into their home with open arms—a truly authentic family experience. You cook in their private home, have a lot of fun, and plenty to laugh about. We could freely choose from a variety of dishes, and the ingredients were very fresh. Cooking, eating together, and getting to know one another were unforgettable and irreplaceable experiences. I can highly recommend a visit to Ozlem and his family.
