We took this cruise on July 3 to start off the holiday weekend. I paid extra for a guaranteed window seat and we were given a table towards the very front of the boat which made it easy to get out onto the deck for photos. Overall, it was a good cruise. The food was good and the music towards the end was great as people seemed to really enjoy the dance floor. There were two things that prevented me from giving it 5 stars. One, the buffet was a bit of a free for all once the line was opened to everyone. We were a bit discouraged from getting any additional food by one of the crew who was cleaning up one side of the buffet within 30 minutes of the cruise setting sail. The other side of the buffet did remain open but I think others saw the crew member cleaning up and didn’t realize that it was still open. The second thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was that our pre-cruise photo wasn’t available at the end of the cruise. We were waiting in the crowd for a couple minutes to see if it was posted on the boards but the photographers did not hang up all the photos. The groups before and after us had their photos hung up but not ours. We decided not to wait to speak to one of the photographers since we were not sure how long it would take. The photographers seemed a bit overwhelmed by the crowd.

There are less expensive options out there - some of the seating is against the dance floor, so be prepared to enjoy the rest of the boat.

The ship was very well kept. The food and music were great.

Terrific cruise and the food was really good and plentiful. Do not get a seat by the outsider terrace. I spent the whole night shutting the door for people who never closed it as it was so windy and by extension moving towards cold

All you can eat buffet. Drinks and ordeuvers are at additional cost. Music and DJ are great. Staff are very nice and attentive.

What an Amazing family experience. There were 10 of us there celebrating my brothers 60th birthday. The variety of food and desserts was wonderful. I loved how they had two lines to grab food. I cannot say enough about the Very nice crew & servers. The bathroom and overall clean boat what's refreshing. Food was seasoned well and not too salty just great food. Omg the DJ was absolutely phenomenal , energetic and very engaging. He played something for all of us which is not easy to do. He and my husband talked a lot he took so many requests and played them. Unlike a lot of other DJs that take requests and don't play them. We do private events and we see a lot this experience I was just impressed overall. My family shared the same exact sentiments and our group text today. We loved it and we will definitely do it again. If there were anything that I would make a suggestion about, it would definitely be to change the policy relative to having to have 24 hours to change a name if someone can't make the cruise. Things sometimes happen the day of and you should be able to have another person come in their place. We've already paid for it for all of us came to $2,600 and it was supposed to be 11 people. The slot was already reserved and the last person couldn't make it. I don't think it's fair that we had to lose that $130 because no one else could come in their place. That is a policy that I feel is not user friendly and outdated and needs to be changed. Other than that we have the time of our lives. Blessings

My husband & I planned a trip to Boston 3 weeks ago & were really excited to explore new territory together. Then, tragically, a week later his father passed away & we were going to reschedule. After his family encouraged us to go, to catch our breathe, recharge our batteries, we decided to go as planned. I am a water person & so the very first activities I book on vacation is water-based tours & that was the case for this trip. We scheduled this cruise for our first night. We thought it would be relaxing & enjoyable evening. We wanted to take time to reflect on our loss & toast his dad. A beautiful, peaceful environment to take it all in. As we booked rather last minute we were initally seated at a table for two which was located very close to the buffett line with many tables around us. Due to our circumstances & emotional vulnerability I had asked our AMAZING server (Bryan) if there was anyway to be moved closer to a window & a more secluded space. Unbeknownst to me, the manager (Jahzarah) who was behind me over heard the conversation & IMMEDIATELY came over to offer her condolences & to say she would do whatever she could to help us. Within minutes we were moved to a more secluded table with a lovely view. She was so kind & so accommodating to our unique needs. I felt that she - and her INCREDIBLE team - moved mountains for us. We could feel their empathy & care. So much so that I was actually moved to tears by the level of care they provided to us. Nando, our server at our new table, also went above & beyond to make us feel cared for & attended to. He kept checking on us to make sure every need we had was met. He really engaged with us & we were in awe by how attentive both he, Bryan & Jahzarah were to us from start to finish. It must be mentioned that Bryan, our initial server, continued to come over & check on us even though we weren't his patrons anymore. He continued to do so throughout the evening. The both of them went above & beyond & delivered the most attentive & empathetic service that we have ever been so fortunate to receive. They opened their hearts to us that evening and we were in the most caring & capable hands.

The food was great! Staff were all very friendly and took great care of us. The tables were set up so beautiful. The selection of music was great, we had a wonderful time.
